Everyone flaming Townsend like he's to blame for this result. We were 2 nil down before he came on. The problem is the majority of our player were scared. They didn't want to upset Liverpool players by putting a tackle in. Stood of them way too much and let them bully us.

We sent a big signal out in the Prem today, one that says we're not serious about top 4. Well done Levy, you alone have overseen this.

You could say that both clubs were in a similar position being able to challenge for the title in particular seasons recently. For us the pressure was too much and we lost our way. For them, in their fantasy-land, it was something to thrive on.

To be fair that's 2 clear penalties at the end, both fouls in Ade. Shirt pull and blatant body check when nowhere near the ball

But we were second best today and the nail in the coffin was the shocking dive for their penalty. Clearly he pulled him but this is the sort of thing we need replays for. Ref would ha e clearly seen the dive in seconds as we did on screen
