Flashscores have goal videos as part of the match stats. Easiest way to catch up on the match and others, plus see goals.

Good post - But Carroll is not a starter IMO. it could work as a like for like with Eriksen but in no other position (proven against Newcastle). Eriksen is getting some stick at the moment - but 80% Eriksen is better than a Carroll from the start IMO:
Caroll good with possession, which is why I think Poch likes to bring him on with 15 to go

Fullmatchesandshows always is a life saver for Extended HL and most of the time they go back and post the MOTD segment as well.

TBF, the Newcastle game didn't really prove anything, as virtually everyone had a poor game by current standards. However, I do agree that he's not quite there as a starter for us.

As long as he keeps turning out eye catching cameo's though, he will be exerting pressure on the likes of Eriksen, which will either see him nabbing the starting berth, or forcing Eriksen to up his game.

Win win for us either way.

The commentator's have got it wrong; ordinary mortals don't understand special powers. He wasn't trying to showboat. He went for it because it would have fooled the goalkeeper. The accuracy and power is astonishing.

He's tried 3 rabonas for us, to my recollection. Today's one foced a great save from the keeper. One in a friendly went a bit wide. And the first one, well we all know about that!

So for me, he can keep on trying them! Rather see that than Tom Huddlestone's booming long range efforts that never went in, and all the commentators used to get wet for them.

And they consoled themselves when nasty Spurs people laughed at them by saying it was only a blip. I have to return my dictionary, because it doesn't define a four-nil hammering as a blip.

Can anyone tell me when was the last time Spurs led the league in goal difference - excluding August early-season anomalies?

I'd wager that when we beat Wigan 9-1 we could have led at that point because that was in November IIRC. I'll take a look

EDIT; Scrap that, Chelsea were 11 goals in front. We were joint third at that point

Murphy shifted around his seat when he was having to praise Spurs. He looked like a man with untreated piles. Ah, schadenfreude is so sweet.

...and also had the best defensive record in the Premiership?
Not in my adult lifetime. Amazing what one good transfer (Toby) can do to a defense. Trippier provides ok backup at RB but Toby has transformed Vertonghen both in attitude and performance and with Dier keeping guard and Rose growing in confidence (know he didn't play but he is the reg starter) - and our amazing fitness levels you could almost start dreaming about a title challenge ... if we can sign another proven goalscorer in Jan.

I wonder what Bentaleb was thinking when Tom Carroll was picked before him.

Great performance and we just need to keep Kane fit and sign another striker next month.

Can't believe Woolwich lost 4-0 to the Saints.

COYS!
