Massive game tonight, its going to go one of two ways, we bounce back immediately or we suffer a hangover, im fearing the latter given our last week of setbacks. Next 2 games are must wins really.

I've been liking the way Poch has talked about things since the cup final, and the way he's had the players speaking about things. The key now is to really fire the lads up and send them out tonight to blow Swansea away. A big performance tonight coupled with a big win will set us up nicely for the end of the season. Hopefully Poch can help the team use Sundays disappointment to pull us together for the run in.

Strongest team in every game from now on, no time for sentiment! No excuses for Poch now as he's got a week between games hence plenty of time to prepare and get his ideas across.

Yep everyone has been saying the right things since Sunday and I just hope that translates into a performance tonight.

There's a risk that the players will be knackered after the last few weeks, but after the weekend they'll be back to a normal schedule, so they just need to push through until then.

Massive game today. Lose or draw and it looks like our season is de-railing. Win and we could be back on track.

Back on the optimistic bus today! Win our next two games and we are well back in this. It's going to be tough, but we must win tonight and then QPR on saturday.

Watershed time. Lose this one and the season is pretty much done IMO. Win it and a top 4 spot is still very do-able. COYS!

Very much a big ask to get the players up for this and I don't really expect a win tbh. This is where poch really earns his corn.

After the recent cup final loss I think it's important for the fans to play a big role tonight. Despite the loss I didn't get the usual "useless bastards" feeling I get after a defeat. I felt proud of the team, and they will need picking up, not to mention making it a great atmosphere in memory of Mackay.

Swansea aren't mugs but we have more than enough to win this.

Since promotion to the Premier League, Swansea home and away have always been a bit of a banker for us.

There is absolutely no reason why that should not continue tonight.

I don't want excuses of tiredness or fatigue - the manager, pundits and players alike all bleat on daily about how fit we are etc.

I'm going to the game tonight. Hoping for a good performance after weeks of depression! On the bright side, I have been to 2 other home games this season, the 4-0 against QPR and the NYD game against Chelsea so I'm hoping I'm a lucky omen! COYS

I think we have seen signs that we've hit our physical limit lately though.

Tonight is an absolute must-win, although i'm not sure if i'm feeling too confident - the last thing you really want 4 days after a draining final is to play a side who can make you chase shadows all day. Hopefully Poch has managed to pick them all up and get them motivated to carry on.

Based on 7 games, i wouldnt say its a banker...

Well if we want to put Sunday behind us we should see a hungry and determined display - which increases our prospects of winning the game considerably.

I don't think we expended that much energy on Sunday so its all in our attitude tonight.

Pochettino must have them fired up to start the game with that high intensity. You can't tell me that they'll be knackered in the first half of the game. Its been a tough month so fatigue could creep in later on in the second half but we can make changes then.

We had no travel to contend with either so its just excuses if we start the game slowly and put it down to tiredness.

Well its a fixture we have never lost...

But you are right, I certainly wouldn't bank on this Tottenham team beating anybody.

Especially not at home with the way we set up. We are just far too easy to contain and play against.

I think we have seen signs that we've hit our physical limit lately though.

Or maybe our high pressing game isn't as much of a reality as being made out?

Or maybe we aren't as fit as people think? Liverpool pressed us better than we did them a few weeks back although both teams did well in that respect.

Liverpool have had a similar run of fixtures to us and their energy and pressing on Sunday - especially from Henderson and Allen - was outstanding. Yaya Toure didn't have a clue as a result.

Sunday wasn't too physically demanding though, so that can't be an excuse tonight. We had two thirds of the possession and the game was hardly end to end was it?

Fans and players need to be under no illusion, tonight is a huge game which we must win. And we have absolutely no excuses if we don't. We are better than them all over the pitch.

Need max points out of this one and QPR to have a chance. Doubtful though.

Would like to see Yedlin get a game. Cant do worse than Townsend, that's for sure.

If we can actually do some pressing this game I see no reason why we can't break their rhythm the way we did the scum. We haven't been doing that effectively in recent games and the difference is tangible. Also they won't have Carroll in the team so that's bound to affect the way they play - hopefully to our advantage.

Surprisingly I'd say I agree with this sentiment. Why the bloody hell not eh? You wouldn't happen to know where he is by any chance would you?

I'm feeling confident.

Think our players will play without fear, we lost the cup final, we're out of Europa, this is it now.

I think it will help them to be able to go into games with just one target.

Of course he could do worse, he could be a total liability at this level
