Don't sit here constantly refreshing, myself. Usually have a look in the morning, another quick look at lunch then log in to see whats happening later on when I get done with work.

Sometimes I'll get the 'Site Busy' message, when that happens I'll just go do something else. Don't let it get to you so much mate.

I was thinking the other day that I hadn't noticed you about on here since your last rant on this subject.
Yeah, it's annoying when the message pops up and we can't get onto the site but it's not the end of the world. I think that it appears to happen most at certain times of the day...like lunchtime for example.
Hey here's a thought...Maybe this is because not every fan can wander in here whenever they please. They get an hour off work and decide to have a quick butchers - should that not be allowed? Maybe a little consideration for other peoples circumstances may help you relax a little.
I'd love to say more on the subject but I too have things to be doing today so I'll have to refer you to my previous response to your previous outburst.

We had this last Transfer Window as well.

SC is more than just who is coming and going at Spurs. Those who use it merely as a source of transfer information (not that I know if that is true or not, just conjecture) are reducing the quality of the site for those who use it as a source of discussion about Spurs and more.

The old hands will be used to it, and I have to say it's not as bad as it has been before. But if there's a Spurs fan out there trawling for a forum to join and he comes across SC and he/she gets a message saying the server is busy, he/she will move on and SC loses a potential member.

Just don't press F5. Don't do it. It's not elitist and it has nothing to do with how much each individual posts. If you simply, totally, pee-in-your-pants have to press F5, then try and keep it to a bare minimum. Think of it this way. If you keep pressing F5 every 30 seconds all you're doing is potentially ruining someone else's experience. Now, if you're a selfish bastard then there's not much else to say. But if you are, like most people, considerate then just think before pressing that little button.

That's my suggestion, anyway. Make of it what you will.

It just refreshes the page, same as pressing the refresh button on your browser. Go on Kev, try it out a few hundred times, it's like a new toy, no-one will mind.
