I'm always interested to know how other clubs are strengthening during the window, so I decided to open up a topic for like minded people.
Essentially if you know of a player transfering to another club put it in here. Then we can discuss what kind of impact said player will make to his new club.
This will be especially useful for me in regards to players from abroad, because my knowledge of foreign leagues, and therefore the players that play within them, is fairly limited.

Obvious one is Veira to Citeh, 6 month deal with an option for a further 12.

Liverpool have also sold Dossena to Napoli. He's no great loss though. He's shite.

Italian defender Cristian Molinaro has joined Stuttgart on loan from Juventus

Schalke looks set to sell off assets as they have signed Peer Kluge, Edu and Alexander Baumjohann.

Tiago has gone from Juve to At.Madrid on a 6 month loan. Luca Toni has gone to Roma on a 6 month loan from Bayern. Valencia have signed Alejandro Dominguez from Rubin, he looked very impressive in the CL group stages

It's actually been a very quiet window everywhere. I can't think of any big name signings

Quietest transfer window since the new system was put in place. Boring if you ask me!

Isn't this the time someone signs Nigel Quashie and get relegated? Happens every year - and this year he's moved to QPR!

I think it is down to the current economic environment tbh. Last year was busy because it was Man City's first chance to splash the cash, and we had to throw some cash around to dig us out of the hole we were in. There aren't equivalent clubs this year so not much is happening.

Sounds like Robinho is off to Santos on loan until the end of the season.

Is Smalling that good? Haven't watched too much of him but surely it would be in his best interest to stay at Fulham for at least 2 more years?? He's only just come on the scene.

I haven't really seen much of him, must have something about him to get both Wenger and Fergie scrapping like alley cats in heat.
