AVB's youth is often mentioned as a positive thing e.g. he's the next big up and coming manager. However, in terms of his tactics, he's much more stubborn and less flexible than many older managers. Very odd.

he will probably mellow with age, the experience will only make him stronger after som soul-searching and analysis. Wonder how his philosophy will change and be like in ten years, if not retired and driving rally.
