5 Weeks ago - "We need to give Poch a 20 year contract"
Now - "Is it time we moved Poch on"

There needs to be a stronger word for fickle for 1 or 2 of you.

I say we sack him, but only if we can tempt Gerry Francis back.

But only if he brings Ferdinand with him as assistant manager.

It all about small margins ,we arent winning the individual battles around the pitch, everyone taking for granted City are going to walk it , well they have had to grind out a few results. We have taken our eye off the ball ,pound for pound we are as fucking good as them (as we will show when we play them). We have been there or there abouts for the past couple of years. The last 3 results have been as bad as i can recall in 40 years of fandom because we are good enough ,we have the manager ,we have the personnel we just need to fucking want it .

Would we rather go back to 2007-08 and win the league cup under Ramos and finish 11th with 46 Pts or finish in top four and get to champ leg quarter or semi finals(yes it’s possible)
Not forgetting that after the league cup win, the next season we were bottom played 8 with 2 pts. No contest really

So we all want our managers and players to show loyalty to our long-term project but 3 indifferent results in the league and half of us won't show any in return...come on, let's not be like the rest of them.

I don't think anyone can put greater pressure on Poch then the pressure he puts on himself. He has high standards and is hurting right now, So are the players. These guys are competitive, elite sportsmen. They don't like turning the other cheek. I expect soul searching and collective action. We will respond to this. No one has a perfect season unless your blessed by God or are Leicester or Chelsea. If you know what I mean.
