Unusual Fave Players

Do you have an unusual favourite Spurs player, from the present team or from the past, that others hate or just think were shit? What did you like about them that seemed to pass by everybody else?

My secret lurrrrrve was for little Jose Dominguez, who I still argue was not in the team enough. He was worth his place for the sheer number of free kicks he won and bookings he generated. Opposition defenders hated the nippy tricky little bastard,and I loved witnessing their frustration.I always have to supress the urge to challenge every neg comment about the wee guy.

Plus you got huge amounts of entertainment from a Dominguez cameo. It was like going to the circus. Do you like circuses, SC? I like circuses.

Nayim, Zokora, Jenas, Davids, Paul Walsh, Paul Stewart, O'Hara, Anthony Gardner, Assou-Ekotto, Armstong, Paul Allen.

A few of my mates and alot on SC thought were shit....I found myself defending alot.

I thought Andy Reid was (is) a fantastic player. Shame he didn't shed all that timber when he was with us!

Same here, I used to love the little man. I also liked Espen Baardsen, he would have been a top top keeper I am convinced of it. Chrissy Armstrong was also a favourite of mine, loved the goal mole!!
