I am stunned there is so much negativity surrounding eidur. A truly wonderful footballer. He has never relied on pace so he still has a few years in him. He could pop up with the 5 goals that make the difference.

Age is irrelevant, he's a very good football player, 31 is nothing these days, we could get 3 or 4 seasons out of him if used correctly in squad rotation.
