we might very well have accepted a bid, but isn't it ultimately up to the player if he wants to move?
however, the promise of a starting position and the Quinn factor might make this come off, i'd be surprised though

mmm, looks like good source .. feel sorry for Keane if this true as he didn't win the fans heart this time, also he didn't get fair chance to prove himself as Defoe still inconsistent to be honest.

as for Hutton, it's look like HR really thinking to make Kaboul as backup for RB as well !

i hope one of Hutton or Naughton staying.

There was an article in a paper today (can't remember which) which had quotes from Harry saying he was happy for Hutton to go out on loan because Kaboul can cover for RB

The thing is at the moment i would still fancy Defoe (hence why i can agree with H not dropping him) to score over Keane, if it was 90th minute and the ball comes to one of the two to put it away.

I'm still fed up with so called fans not getting behind players that are off form, or if one pass goes astray in the first 5 minutes it's greeted by jeers.

If Keane's sold watch as the fans back him and he gets back to near his best and all those same jeering fans say "we should never of sold him"

I can happily live with the sale of Keane at £9 mill but not so pleased about Hutton going on loan, as he offers the option pace on the right in the absence of AL and should work better with Bentley if he continues to play as our right winger.

but i fully support selling him if we do - at the right price etc
