with our track record of looking after and progressing young talent he should stay well clear

Such an over used and rubbish cliche.....it's quite simple. If a player is good enough, or has the potential then they will play or 'make it'.

For every 1 Wayne Rooney there are 2000 Jermaine Pennants.

Gareth Bale, Giovani, John Bostock - I am sure all 3 are really chuffed they joined us.

We are light years behind the likes of Arsenal when it comes to coaching, encouraging, progressing and developing young players.

Yes there are a lot of Pennants but those 3 will be top players and I doubt it will in a Tottenham shirt

Geo - fair play but think that has more to do with his attitude.

Bostock 17 - jesus we have ruined him he may aswel quit the game.

Bale 20 - will play at anfield at the weekend and has all the potential to become a world class left back... Kieran Gibbs is 20 yet I bet you do not think arsenal have ruined him.

I actually think we have an amazing crop of youngsters at the moment and feel Caulker, Townsend & Bostock will definately be future regulars and that the current setup is absolutely fantastic.

I've seen Palace once or twice in the past year. Moses is one lazy mofo. He's no where near the level of say Dos Santos either.

Maybe Arsenal just have a better eye at spotting talent than we do?

If this is an update can we move this ITK thread to the top where the other newer ones are?

Maybe have OssiesKnees' new update as update 48 or whatever we're at? People won't see it if they haven't logged in tonight.

That was my thought too......if someone now posts in one of the threads on the first page, people won't know that this has been posted in.

The best scenario would be a deal which sees him return to Palace on loan for the season. This way it won't affect our potential move for Van Nistelrooy, and he'll be well prepared for next season.

Fantastic player, so much potential for us to no doubt waste, too.

Scutch, Hoof posted exactly that back on December 9th on COYS:

...heard that Victor Moses could join in Jan, but possibly being loaned straight back to Palace.

Well thats what Warnock wants and it could swing the deal our way! Harry has enough forwards at the moment but with Keane in his twilight years I can see him leaving in the summer the talk around the club is we are talking with palace and he is pretty keen to come because he wouldn't have to move all that far and leave friends and family behind
