Don't know if this has been posted else where, but 1 Spur off COYS is apparantly staying at the same hotel in Spain as the squad and has been following their progress

This is takenn off gg.net - http://www.glory-glory.co.uk/forums/1/404097/ShowThread.aspx

Anyway, got out here earlier and watched the team train.

Before that I was in the hotel having a beer or two outside whilst Ledley and Bale were in the pool in some rather dodgy floating suits. I spoke to Bale after training asked him what it was about he said to build up fitness. Him and Ledders along with Gilberto sat out training. Bale said he felt his groin a bit so sat out as precaution, didnt speak to Ledders. Gilberto said he had a tight hamstring but hoped to play thurs.
Easy training tonight, attack vs defence nothing major. A few looked good a few looked bad. May post more about it tomorrow I am on a jarring PC terminal.

Apparently Palop (Sevilla keeper) was down the other night watching us train...read into that what you will.

Had pics with most of team. Dimi is moody, Robbie is squeaky and Gus has been on the phone all night
Just watche training. If your wonderng who to get on your shirt this year get Bostock - going to be a star.

Keane and Berba loooked very good. Adel looked pooor last nigt but good today. Gomes did well, Zokora not so. JoH and Jenas dne well. Jenas tries to keep up with Dimi and Keanes flicks and touches but couldnt. Scored a cracker though, all three did.

Bent was quite awfuk, missing easy chances. TP looks terrible. Woody was immense.

No Luka who has both knees in ice last night, Hutton, Bale or King. Ledleey watched though, the others nowhere to be seen.

Spoke to Robbie, asked if he was going anywhere, he said only the changing room. Seemed to get quite moody when I asked so clearly didn´t want to give anything away.

Training in the morning again tomorrow then match in night.

Bostock Looks immense.

Two quality feet, played out right today didn´t lookout oof place at all.

Good passer, good on the turn, runs alot, does it all very well. Doesnt look phased at all.

Very down to earth too.

Juande is giving an interview behind me.

I just heard him mention Veloso
How is the team spirit, from what you can make out?

Seems good. Dimi likes to be slightly away frmo the group, but he also mucks around with the coaches etc.

Woody and Hudd were having a play fight earlier and Adel was being chased by Zokora.

Some just look and act like cnuts though. To be expected I think.
Interesting bits and bobs in there! Everybody who has reported from Spain has been raving about Bostock...sounds very promising! Also interesting bit at the end re Veloso? Whoring or potentially the Carrick replacement we have been afer for so long...only time will tell!

This might sound silly, but is Bostock one for the future or do we think he'll be in the first team squad this season?

I'm hoping that if Ramos thinks he's good enough, then he's old enough and should be part of 1st team squad. We have seen some immense young talent flourish in the PL at a young age... Fabergas, Giggs, and Rooney, so there's no reason why Bostock can't follow.

By all accounts he's a strong lad, who will cope with the physical demands of th PL

I think we will, definately with 7 on the bench. Don't think he'd be out there otherwise. I know a couple of the other youth players are there but for him to have only signed the day before they left he must be a bit special for them to take him

Not to put a damper on this and other reports but in my mind these stories suck.

I'm sure the huddled masses are being given what they want to hear. Like religion, they want something to cling to and are being exploited by piss-taking bastards.

I don't really think that a professional outfit like Spurs are going to have a director/whatever sitting by the pool and telling somebody their business plans.

How come it is always coming off someone elses site ? Have we no seasoned travellers following the squad around Europe.

I for one think the WUM's are about 12 or 13 and playing everyone for fools for some sort of gratification while dipping their toes in a paddling pool in a back garden near Felixstowe.
Probably their biggest daily decision is whether or not to have sugar on their honey nut loops.
Sadfurks.

Some interesting stuff there. I hope Bostock gets some game time this season to show what he can do.

As for the rest, everyone can have a good day or a bad day. I'll wait until I see them in some pre-season games before making a judgement.

Latest :

Just watched training. They are leaving after the game tonight.

Gilberto was training on his own, stetching out his hamstring no doubt, lots of running for him, but finished before the others and iced up too.

Ledders trained with Luka, they were doing their own drill with a ball for a long time, spoke to Ledders after, asked how his knee was, he said it was looking good as he limped away. Luka looked like he was limping too, so im sure they won´t be playing tonight.

Bale, Hutton both missing again. Gomes likes to drop the round thing. And Pekhart looks awful at just about everything.

But again, Bostock looks excellent. And they practiced corner drills, Gio and Lennon countering from a Gomes throw the few times he caught the fvcking thing.

Oh, and spoke to Gus, asked him if he had the squad sorted andhe said ´still a couple changes´ and then changed the subject. RK and Dimi still taking part fully.

Basically, one man's opinion on players. Which means bugger all going on the amount of shit that gets posted about players performances throughout the season by many people. The salt has already been deployed.

I'll wait till i see 'em with my own eyes from Monday onward, ta.

I certainly think he'll be in matchday squads.

Oh i'm so glad people have posted these insights. I didn't even know he was impressing before i predicted he'd get 25+ games this season. 1 down 9 to go :)

I know I am being a pessimist but I keep getting visions of Routledge when people mention Bostock. I need to sort my head out

Now I am getting worried
re hutton, bale and Gomes

Few ITK's haven't seen hutton and bale train recently and the latest news is they are both injured which would be absolutely terrible. Also about Gomes - I havn't read one good report from him yet from anyone who is allegedly there watching. Maybe they just love Robbo too much but I'm getting worried. If we thought it was hard to drop an england international think how hard it would be to drop a goalkeeper who cost the club 8m quid

Thanks for this. I have no reason to doubt this source and I for one appreciate the guy coming onto COYS or whatever and letting us all know what's happening.
