So Houston are falling at the final hurdle, the door to the BCS isonce again opening for Boise State, doesn't mean they get it though, or does it?

Firstly wow, the way Michigan State has come back from 21-7 down is amazing, that lateral TD was brilliant.

Secondly, please don't do that again LSU. I was actually worried for a while.

Thirdly, come on Oklahoma State, please win big. I don't want a rematch, we went to Tuscaloosa and won.

Alabama only played 3 teams with winning records and lost once, OSU have played 3 teams still ranked and have beaten them. With the same record I think they deserve to go more than Alabama. I think with the final vote voters will shift OSU above Alabama.

Though, I have been proven to be wrong in this thread at least once before.

Oklahoma State are absolutely destroying Oklahoma.

OSU strength of schedule rank = 10th, 5 victories against top 25 teams, would win their conference.

Alabama strength of schedule rank = 35th, 2 victories against top 25 teams, not even a division winner.

If Oklahoma State doesn't make it to the National Championship game ahead of 'Bama then the voters should be stoned immediately.

It's stupid that quality loss means more than quality wins.

I think the voters will look at the score, look at the fact that OSU haven't beaten OU since 2002 and vote them up to the National Championship game.

41-3 against the team that started the season ranked 1st, they will be 11-1, will have won their conference. They deserve to play (and get beaten) by LSU.

The sad thing is it's probably going to come down to who can campaign better. Nick Saban's been at it for a few weeks now and Mike Gundy's said he's not going to do it unless told to by his university.

It's a repeat of Michigan-Florida in '06.

Wisconsin 28 Michigan State 36 at the start of the 4th. The game is too close to call. Wisconsin dominated the 1st quarter, Michigan State owned the 2nd quarter and the 3rd was even. Easily the best game this week.

Edit: 42-39 to Wisconsin now.

Suarez would be proud of that flop. Gutting way to end this game.

'Bama's made it to the NCG. Further evidence the BCS system is a complete joke.

Virginia Tech to the Sugar Bowl!?!

Didn't they just get whooped by Clemson...again.

National Championship - (1) LSU vs. (2) Alabama
Fiesta - (4) Stanford vs. (3) Oklahoma State
Orange - (15) Clemson vs. (23) West Virginia
Rose - (5) Oregon vs. (10) Wisconsin
Sugar - (11) Virginia Tech vs. (13) Michigan

Don't agree with Alabama decision, shits gonna go crazy with Boone Pickens who already threatened to get an investigation going if OSU didn't go #2, maybe the beginning of the end for the BCS, Rose and Fiesta Bowls look the best of the rest.

Has it actually been confirmed? If so, is there a website with the full bowl list? I can't seem to find a confirmed list. Ta.

How did Virgina Tech get picked ahead of Boise State (they play in the Maaco Bowl against a weak Arizona State team that finished 6 and 6 and actually had a losing season in conference.)

It clearly wasn't a sporting decision.

The sooner the current BCS system is scrapped the better.

I know people say it's the beginning of the end for the BCS every time there is a controversial decision but this time I actually believe it could be. The BCS haven't just screwed up with the National Championship Game but also with a lot of the other bowls. Any system that leaves out the teams ranked 6, 7, 8 and 9 in favour of the teams ranked 11, 13, 14 and 23 is broken.

The Fiesta bowl should be a cracker, the Rose I'm on the fence about. It's either going to be a great game or Oregon will dominate by being too fast for Wisconsin. The Sugar and Orange bowls are meh.

We have the Meyer bowl, sorry Gator bowl, between Ohio State and Florida, which would probably be rather depressing unless you support Michigan & Florida State. The Cotton bowl between Kansas State and Arkansas should be good.

Might have to get one of these.
