Has Rondon scored more than one goal in premier league in all of 2017? Janssen has scored one goal too, with far, far less playing time.

I don't know but what I do know is Janssen isn't him....we can sit and burn the midnight oil over who his replacement should be but we need to accept that he and us will be better off saying goodbye. How many chances/seasons is enough ??

Fuck it, I'll do it. Can't play Mondays or Thursdays cos of darts but I'll sit on the bench for the others if needed

This thread isn't about 'half the squad' it's about one player called Vincent Janssen and right now that guy's self confidence is non-existent. You can keep saying 'one more season' but in the harsh world of Premiership football players joining a club have to hit the ground running....I genuinely feel sorry for the lad, I really do, but I honestly think if he went to W.B.A. it could be the making of him. It would take all the pressure and expectancy off his shoulders and he would start knocking in the goals again.

I didn't say that..I said let the lad go...I am open to all suggestions for a replacement and let's be honest..looking at the stats whoever comes in couldn't do much worse. He's had his chance now let someone else have theirs...the window is still open and I'm sure Poch has people in mind.

35m and id drive the two of them to wba or stoke myself. I dont dislike either as part of the squad but we can and must do better, and im sure both would defo look to secure more football leading up to wc2018

After you drop them both off at WBA can you drive Jonny Evans to Man City ?

Can't get rid unless we have a replacement tied up. Our squad is very very short without getting rid of our only proper reserve striker - son is an option but not a proper reserve striker imo

If we're saying "we've arrived" as a 'big club' we can't afford to wait for our stars to come good anymore. The other top 6 clubs aren't as generous.

I'm desperate to know who people want instead. A striker seemingly happy to play back up, that isn't a one season wonder or exotic name with 20 in the dutch league. Half our squad took time to settle so I don't buy the 'hit the ground running' rubbish.
