According to the BBC Pompey are supposed to be interested at £5 mill. This IMO would be a steal for a guy who although a little injury prone has proven to be a quality Premiership full back.

I suppose this is dependent on how you much you think BAE and Gilberto will add to the team but if we are going to be looking to play with two attacking full backs then Bridge could be useful to challenge Bale who is still young and who could always be pushed forward.

Only my opinion but let us know what you think.

well i can put this one to bed.

hbe will never sign for spurs, he came to look at the club when jol was in charge (when he went on loan to fulham) and said that jol was a joke and that he felt that the club was amatuerish in the whole deal.

my brothers md plays golf with bridges dad. he told us about the pompey deal a week or so back but was told it was only a loan

i would say bale and bridge are too alike tbh. both very attacking players. i personally do not want to sign another lb because we have gilberto, ekotto, and bale. imo ekotto and gilberto are still unproven so we have to give them time. my left side for next season would be ekotto at lb and bale at lw.
