Last season he rejected Bolton, Fulham, Norwitch, Q.P.R, Southampton, Jamaica & believed Ireland to run this academy for kids, yet there are still people calling him twat.

yes he mighted be looking for manager career this season, but he is doing good job for these kids

after first defeat in 1st match for the academy team against Peterbrough, last summer, he said that Peterbrough could suprise a few people this season, and then they won promotion to the Championship.
