Are you absolutely sure about that? Where did you hear that?EL games will still be at Wembley mate.

Ah the hell with it:
The only way the Germans would've enjoyed it more was if the Hoff suddenly appeared, rocking out in the centre circle. Two things about that absurdity.
1) Half of the support appeared to believe that Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur is the Champions League anthem, so were waving their glowing speechtools around for a forlorn ten minutes.
2). If the opposition cheerfully join in with your ritual display, your attempt to invoke partisan spirits will fail. And these were Krauts, for goodness sake. Of course they were going to participate in anything stadium-rockist.
Any Season Ticket holder that purchases a Group Stage Multi-Game Ticket will have first priority to purchase that seat for subsequent matches in this season’s UEFA competitionsAre you absolutely sure about that? Where did you hear that?
If we don't beat Monaco, then we should probably play the kids against CSKA.It's so weird that we don't have a CL thread and instead have loads of different threads on different bits of it.
In lieu of that: shouldn't we just try our best to finish bottom of the group now rather than put effort in and finish third?
Surely we don't want to end up in the fucking EL again do we?
They have to be by UEFA law don't they. Reason we moved..../EL games will still be at Wembley mate.

That would've been epic tbf...The only way the Germans would've enjoyed it more was if the Hoff suddenly appeared, rocking out in the centre circle.
Dropping into the EL is the nightmare scenario.
Personally I'd be putting everything into trying to win the FA Cup this season, along with doing whatever we can manage in the league as well, obviously - especially since we've already mugged the EFL Cup off. It'd be the only thing that could make up in some way for the bitterness of our CL failure.
Odd to have these bitter Spurs feelings so early in the season. November is usually the beginning of the false hope period, the bitterness doesn't usually turn up until May...
then we have serious problems.
exactly, plus we should have kane, alderweireld, lamela and dembele backThe bottom line is, win both of our games and we are through, simple as that. We have more than enough talent to beat Monaco at their ground, its not exactly a lions den either is it lets be honest, if the players cant get up for these last two games then we have serious problems.
No. In fact I think everyone should stay away from Wembley Central on the way home.
I'm actually very glad we are. It's as good as inevitable that we break that curse playing 20-30 matches there and that will put us in a better mental state for any cup finals/semis we get to in future seasons.Lost our last six games at Wembley. Personally I'm sick of the sight of the place!
Not looking forward to playing there next season.
