The club wants and needs the money STH give them at every start of the season....they dont care how many games these people are going to attend or not.

What's the betting that those moaning about re-selling are new ST holders who now think because they've been waiting for one for some time and now have them that they are some super fan who's loyalty goes beyond others?
Also wonder if they realise there's been a ticket exchange facility for years? Probably decades in fact.
Stubhub seems to have subverted peoples views due to a small minority of fans who abused the system. A system I might add that the club chose to implement (ultimately for the clubs benefit, not the fans) by going into business with what may as well be a legalised tout.
Fans who fork out a large upfront payment have the right to resell tickets if they can't attend. Even more so now that the club have effectively emotionally blackmailed existing ST holders to renew at Wembley or else piss off back to the end of the queue when the new stadium opens.

Club are offering 3 game packages for a price of £70 and we still have people complaining lol no wonder we can't make any decent signings when our fans are skinflints lol
