Always feel Dembele never has an end product. A few jinking runs and clever turns but never a killer pass, just retains possession sometimes. Disappointed with him.

parker is playing passes that put people under pressure and Lloris needs to cut out his throws to left back which always put us in trouble.

Playing Bale would through the middle would be fine, but Dempsey on the left leaves us so unbalanced. Townsend would be perfect.

A point I've made before our last 4 games including in the Team vs West Brom

I see that the pundits are finally picking up on the Bale through the middle point bu have failed to notice that our most realistic other option at LW was loaned out

What's the difference between Defoe being injured or not? Would we have missed him at all if he'd been injured the last 2 months? At least now we can put on another player for him instead of him wasting a spot.

Get Dempsey off too and play Sig or Bale as striker.

The next few months we find that Bale is a world class striker who scores another 16 goals while leading us to 3rd place.

Or not. But its a dream.

All seems to have fizzled out.
We started slowly and got slower.
W. Brom trying to catch us out over the top and they might just do it.
Parker too slow moving the ball and Dembele slow and predictable
Holtby might make the difference.

Bale can't play up front, he'll just turn into another version of Defoe.

We need more incisive passing and for Bale and Lennon to attack the box (without the ball) more.

Bale up top is a bad idea - he plays best running from space and he would find no space up top

I disagree about that bervatov statement, we simply havent made enough chances for that to have been ever possible this game. It doesn't matter who's up front if they dont see a chance.

Great strikers make chances with clever runs. World Class create chances all on their own.

We've forgotten what we had.

Falque was loaned out as well, so we have no natural back up for Lennon or Bale.

Does that stupid cnut Levy understand why we needed a striker now? Has the penny finally dropped? So f*cking frustrating supporting this side...
