Watch Chelsea lose to Boro now to piss us off even more.

Only For West Ham to get relegated due to tax fraud and everyone getting their results against them changed to wins. We get 3 more points and win the title.

One time please!

I'm not speaking after the fact, but I wasn't as confident that their energy levels would drop. That is a very big pitch to run around on to make space and Bilic had them defend the narrow middle. I was sceptical as to whether Walker should start and I don't think he should be starting again. I think that taking the subs were a bit manic. There were nice touches from Janssen, but Toby looked lost without Vertonghen.

And so the end of season meltdown begins, 3rd here we come
Couldn't give two fucks where we finish, the media and talking heads will still say what they want. The result pisses me off, the title was Chelsea's to lose still.

Meltdowns, lol, three seasons ago we were dreaming of a meltdown to finish third.

We need an upgrade on dier.ok in lots of positions.not great in any. Davies will never be good enough to play more than a handful games a season.steady enough but no real quality. Both are squad players at best.

I thought Davies was one of our better players. This was a game where Eriksen, Alli and Kane needed to step up. They didn't.

And lads, leave all self complimentary feedback of the team and yourself till the end of season yeah... Maturity is not yet there when blip of this scale happens again at this time of the crucial season and against one of the shittiest fucking disgraceful team..

As good as we have been this season I think Poch will have learnt something from this game. Notably how we set up at Wembley because we seem to get caught out far too easy on these pitches. I think we will need to alter this.

Secondly we need other options off the bench. It was a difficult game for Dembele to come on but he's not exactly the difference in the final third, we still need another attacking option that will allow us to do something different. Janssen isn't the answer I'm afraid.

Maybe, I'm being a perfectionist. Still, I have loved watching this team this season. So proud of them.

This is where our bench options have come back to haunt us again, Janssen and Sissoko pretty much pointless. Obvious Poch has no faith in either. Might as well have Edwards on the bench.

I'll post once tonight I think. We've not been with it tonight, West Ham have executed a plan well. They've defended well and they've earned it.

Their fans will celebrate like this is the greatest win ever. I think though the important thing to remember however is the difference between the two clubs.

We have just won 9 games in a row. Not against fodder either, big teams were in that list. We've defended fantastically all season, plus look at our goal difference overall. We've battered teams we normally struggle against like West Brom at home and we've grounded out victories in tough away games like Palace away.

We are so massively on the up, building a brand new stadium which we own. We will be in the Champions league next season, we are at last finishing above Arsenal. Ok there's a few echoes of falling at the final fence again but to be honest I agree with the earlier posts, the title race was done when Everton lost.

We have everything to be proud of, and so much to look forward to. We can look forward to an entire season challenging for titles meanwhile, West Ham in a rented stadium, mid table at best can look forward to the fact that occasionally they might beat us on a Friday night. Let them sing, our fans are the only ones with things to look forward to.

they scored at the right time, it gave them extra legs just as they were tiring. To be honest, since Everton v Chelsea I've not believed we could win it anyway and would/will probably drop points against Leicester. Just hope we don't fold like last year and finish unbeaten at the Lane, the lads looked shell shocked

Eriksen off the pace tonight and we create nothing. We desperately need some other creative outlet in in our squad :(
Was just about to post something very similar. Walker will be getting pelters tonight because people have decided they want him out now the rumours are swirling, but even though I'd agree he was nowhere near his best (neither was virtually anyone else, for that matter), he managed to put in 3x really telling through balls that we didn't take anywhere near advantage of, and on 2x of those occasions it was Eriksen who didn't make the most of the chance.

Our fantastic run has coincided with Eriksen being in sparkling form, but he had his worst game in ages tonight and that was a big contributor to our defeat. Shows what a great player he is, but sadly if you stop Eriksen you often stop Tottenham at the same time.

How the fuck do we go from beating arsenal so comfortably to playing like that. We made the pitch look smaller despite it being massive compared to whl. There should have been more space, more time yet all we did was pass it around the back and wait for them to score one of the worst goals you'll ever see. There was no urgency. Incredibly disappointing. The front 4 were all shit, toby was shit, walker tried, davies was meh. The only good players were victor, jan and hugo and they're all defensive. Poch's decisions left me baffled too, taking off jan made no sense whatsoever.

arsenal came to play football. west ham was always in it for a point and nicked a goal. if we'd have scored first - and we wasted some glorious chances in the first half - they'd have likely crumbled.

Few issues

I am sure Dembele is still impeded by that knock at Palace. No way Poch would have left him on the bench for both Arsenal and West Ham. This is when signing Sissoko instead someone who can really power through teams like Moose can, has cost us.

Of course, Winks' incisive passing would have been better than the pairing of Dier and Wanyama.

When you see the contrast in Trippier and what Walker did, it became apparent that Walks was below par. I wonder how much the speculation has affected not only him but the team. When a colleague wants to leave, it's bound to have lost abit of focus in the training ground as that becomes gossip.
