I live in South America but I get little to no exposure of the Brazilian league. But I do watch Copa Libertadores and Fluminense is one of the most exciting teams to watch, and Thiago Neves is an excellent playmaker. Has 2 good feet and a great shot from distance (especially free kicks). He's pretty much in the Arteta mould and has the potential to be better but he needs to make that step up

I understand what you mean - and I also pointed that youtube isn't the most exact place to base an opinion about a player. One can only do that after seeing a player live, at quite a few games.
However, Wendell has been on fire in Ligue 1 this season, and rated as one of the leagues best player.
Thiago Neves is already well known.

But do you reckon he could make it as a LMF? Has he got that explosive pace a LMF need? Being a leftie doesn't of course make him a LMF.

By the way, he would be my first choice LMF (together with Capel):

Hatem Ben Arfa will wait until the summer before deciding on his future. Ben Arfa added in L’Equipe: “I am disappointed at not playing more and I see that a lot of people are surprised to see me often on the bench."
