If we don’t let anyone score against us this season I like our chances for Top 6.
6th-8th is the likely outcome given the sqaud we have.
MC, Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea are too good and on a different level to the rest.
Leicester has a better squad than ours.
Arsenal is worse than us.
So 6th is what you would expect, but then Leeds and West Ham can beat anyone on their day so 8th is the minimum expectation.

We should be aiming to compete for 5th with Leicester. If one of Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool or Utd have a bad season then 4th is on but I can’t see it at this point.
100%…but I woke up suffering from a mild case of the realities this morning.Whilst i dont disagree that i think thats where we'll end up, our ambition at the start of every season should be to win the league or at the very least an FA or League cup.
I'd agree with that but that includes Kane in our squad! Where do we finish without Harry Kane?
You don't really have Man Utd in with ' the rest of us,' do you? Top 4 looks very obvious this season and, if anyone was to under perform, I would say Liverpool are far more likely than man Utd.Unfortunately after just two matches the Premier League finishing table is already so predictable, top four will include Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool not in that particular order with the rest of us battling for the other available position to get CL next season. Spurs need reinforcements quickly if we are to maintain challenging near the top, the Pacos game was evidence of how weak the squad is once the first choice eleven are left out.

Fair points but I still think they will both finish top 4 anywayActually i disagree with that. I think Man U more likely than Liverpool to cock up. Reasons:
1) Man U still doesnt have their striker-problem sorted out.
2) Varane may not gel and if he doesn't their defence is the weakest amongst the top 4
3) Pogba is highly volatile and you can't guess what mood he is in and whether he turns up. He is their only creative deep midfielder (I classify Fernedes as more of a striker since he scores alot more than he assists).
Liverpool in contrast, doesn't have the above problems. They have a settled side; their problem would be one that will be similar to ours (an aging or regressing side that needs replacing) but that's not impacting this season yet.

I would agree but Leicester have not looked as good as expected the first two games, even though they beat Wolves. The injuries to Evans and Fofana leave them really weak in defence and Vestergaard got crocked in training too.We should be aiming to compete for 5th with Leicester. If the Chelsea/Liverpool game ends in a draw and we win tomorrow we go top
