I'd agree with that completely other than Kaboul in centre midfield.

We don't know yet whether he can play there so to say he should be in our first team in that position is optimistic.

Having said that fuck knows who else should play there. JJ isn't a defensive midfielder, Zokora is barely a midfielder and Huddlestone seems to be showing signs of not being a footballer at all (although that may change in time).

So until such time that Kaboul shows that he can play there, or we sign a defensive midfielder, I'd say play Tainio there. Far from ideal but the best of a bad bunch.

Which for me, sums up one of the most lightweight and ineffective midfields at Spurs in many a season. We were stronger in the middle two years ago!!!

Mr Levy - as you would not listen to Mr Jol requests for midfielders and insted spent a lot of money on another centre forward - what is your view going to be when Mr Ramos knocks on your door in two weeks time making the same requests that Mr Jol made?

To say he has done nothing wrong is quite wide of the mark. he made a glaring error against arsenal in the semi final of the carling cup last year, trying to head a ball that would of hit him in the ankle. This resulted in them scoring a very important goal.

He may well be the best man for the job but has made a error in one of the most important games we have played in ages

I haven't done a team, but i can see why some people have included him. Might not be for the same reason though.

Our CM has been prity crap for the last few seasons, no matter who we have in there we cant take control of a game. So why would people want them in our team?

Taking these players out of the choice because they aren't good enough results in Boatang in the teams as he is the next 'hyped' midfeilder we have. People want to see him given the chance.
