I think God hates us its the only thing that makes sense. We buy the best players we can buy, we employ the best manager we can, we have more ambition then Liverpool and Arsenal yet we can never get it right! Football is just turning into a load of crap, within the next few years we're going to have Middle Eastern Oil City vs Russian Oil FC everyone else will be also rans. I think we should convert spurs into a rugby team, Huddlestones nearly there.

Perhaps because success is not built on flashing the cash and chasing whores, it is achieved through patience and having the courage of your convictions. Liverpool and Arsenal have shown more of that than Spurs.

If I was fan of, say, Everton or Middlesboro, I would be finding Spurs current plight extremely encouraging.

We're living just outside the positions of power. Unless we break top 4 we will be continuingly (is that a word?) stripped of assets every time we build anything worth having and will be destined to start from scratch over and over.

Whats wrong is the constant changes...plain and simple.

What is needed now is for us fans to be realistic, support the team they need time to gel in the prem, manager and director of football.

The penny won't drop for that lot in charge of our club though .

I think our Board just break to many mirrors when Levy and Comolli look into them, 7 years bad luck each time.

Hilariously Graham Roberts commented when live on air earlier that the current group need a "bollocking". The interviewer had to apologise and everything. It was good.

Later on it was revealed that we've made less tackles than any other team and had about the 16th least shots in the league. The tackles might relate to the fact that we always have the ball so that stat might be distorted (me trying to be optimistic) but the shots stat is damning. Man Utd and Fulham were worse but they've both only played 3 games.

I think there is something seriously wrong with THFC. How a team like that can play in that way consistently is unbelievable. How a manager can't get them to play as a team is criminal.

It's funny, for the last three years we've judged potential targets by saying 'would they get into the top four squads?' yet we'd have probably had more luck by buying strong players on merit, who are't necessarily 'hollywood' like MON has with the likes of Shorey, Davies, Reo-Coker etc.. none of those you would have said were 'good enough' to take us to the next level, but clearly Villa are a level above us.

I heard this interview. It was excellent. Robbo went on to say that the defence were clueless and need to work as a unit. He said he had contacted the club to tell them this AND offered his services for FREE.

Bless him, he said; I love the club and would do it for nothing to sort out the defending. LEGEND!

I have supported the club for 30 years and for most of that time we have assembled teams that are soft, spineless and too nice. We struggle to install physical and mental toughness and a desire to win mentality.

How often have we been rolled over by teams that out muscle us. I've lost count.
