Middlesbrough

------

"This will be a tough game, heart says 2-0 Boro head says 3-1 Spurs"

-------

"Arrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhh abandon ship!!!!!!!

2-2 why not, crazier things have happened"

------

"I think tottenhams game congestion and injury woes give us a much better chance than at first glance here. Still be a tough game obviously, but I'm going to go for a 1-0 win for us!"

------

"0-8 harry kane to come on in the second half and score 5 while hopping about on one leg."

------

"Don't fancy our chances unfortunately. Stranger things have happened than us getting a respectable draw, but I think that Spurs are just devastating going forward, and going 2 goals behind is going to be a big killer for us this season. Son and Lamela look very good, Eriksson rarely has a bad game, and if it all clicks then the fact that Janssen is very possibly a spud won't stop him scoring.
Would like to see us go for it when behind, and do what we all wanted to see against Everton. I maintain that if we had played another 5 minutes against Palace we'd have equalised, so a bit of that same spirit when roared on by the crowd might raise the spirits, even if the result is a poor one.
1-2, Traore to pull one back after Son and Alderweireld score for them."
We need to watch it with Boro; if they get up a head of steam it could be a tough day. We need to ransack them in the first 20 mins and knock the hope and drive out of them.

Given your constantly ridiculous statements about Eriksen I think you should be directing that question at yourself.
So you're admitting you've never watched Spurs then?

Constantly ridicuous? Its called calling thibgs how i see it. Eriksen has been largely shit so far this season and was very poor at times last season.

It's genuinely painful to read RAWK at the moment. They're so fucking confident they're a better team than us.

Anyway here are a couple of the most deluded (and funny) ones I could find

West Ham are a bigger threat than us... :ROFLMAO:

There's just so much wrong about this post .
They get to the round of 16 and get a hard game but already they're thinking of who they'll face in the final. Liverpool fans are seriously just so delusional. :p

The same squad that does this?

How is this chap not in a mental hospital yet :hilarious:.

I love the difference between their forum and ours. We think we'll lose every game, and they think they'll win every game :D
Anyone want to tell them that we played them a couple of weeks ago and the couldn't beat us.

mate I hate Liverpool, but to be honest if they had beaten us by half time we couldn't of complained. this tie will all depend on Poch, and who we play v Bournemouth and who we want to face Leicester, especially with CL the week before and the week after.

I said it in the race for the title, I feel they will get top 4, yes they slipped up v Burnley, because Burnley scored their 2 chances

I'm not disagreeing with you but Burnley also stopped them scoring which is what they set out to do.
As I see it, if you can do that early doors then by the last quarter of the game you will be favourite to win.

very true that's the idea to stop the other team, and by the sounds of it they put their bodies on the line. we will have plenty of teams try that against us and will depend on if we break them down

I have seen 3 of Liverpool's games and we nicked a draw, and they deserved their wins in the other 2, though I have to admit I missed the 2nd half due to an airport pick up. so far they have picked up 7pts from 3 tough ops, even if Chelsea have looked fragile in a couple. the thing that will let Liverpool down is their defence and a lot of teams will target their left back area, but up top they look very strong, and Klopp is finally getting his high press working, hopefully they will run out of steam by the end, though no european football hugely benefits them. if they do finish top 4 hopefully it's the Arscum they replace

I don't necessarily think their defence is entirely the problem, they have shipped almost all of their goals later in the game, I think that is their problem, their high energy pressing game runs out of steam after about sixty minutes.
They have let in most of their goals later on and scored nearly all of their goals early on.
That is my current theory anyway.

We didn't nick a draw. Liverpool were gifted one by an awful referee.

Under Klopp last year, they also did well against the good teams, it is the lower teams they struggle against. In fact their results so far look almost identical to last season, Chelsea away they won, Leicester at home they won, Spurs away they drew, the only difference is Arsenal away they drew instead of won, however, Rodgers was the manager that game. In the 7 games v top 4 under Klopp last season, they won 3, drew 3 and lost 1.

It's far too early to say how well they will do this season.

Exactly. It's teams they can't press with high energy that they struggle against. A lot like us in a way. But their fitness doesn't seem to see them through a game like it does for us. And there shaky defence means that a tight 1-0 win or draw for us becomes a loss for them. Hence the different table finishes last season.

if when you 1st saw that you never thought it was a pen, I suggest you go to specsavers.

yes we get loads of views via sky, the ref gets 1 look. my blood is white and blue, hate the colour red Arse Man U, and Liverpool, but had i seen that as a ref I would of called it too, and to be honest the only reason we was level before then, or not further behind by half time was Vorm and their bad finishing.
