This is a fecking new low. Losing to Tottenham. Tottenham.

No fight, no spirit, no game plan. Disgusting. We were the Tottenham today.

Like this one though, again from a Red Cafe, still don’t know how we have this ultra dirty team rep

“If things aren't going their way, expect the Spurs "hardmen" Dier, Dembele and Dele to start kicking lumps out of our players. The three dildos. One of the dirtiest teams in the league.

I want to beat them but I think the most important thing is to escape from this game relatively injury-free.”

FFS!!!

does anyone have a link to the stats showing our home and away record against the top 6 over the last 3 seasons?
keep hearing about our crap away record but have a feeling that when home and away are combined it is pretty decent.

Yep Utd have created a problems for themselves by signing Sanchez, they look more unbalanced now. Think is Sanchez, Lukaku and Pogba have to play and it's clear already that playing these three is going to cause problems playing in the same team.

The funny thing is Moura would probably have been a better fit for their team and weak right side than signing Sanchez I think

Lol what a knob. I had to actively think to remember the last time they finished above us, and I couldn’t even remember the last time they’ve beaten us at home. It been many, many moon ago.

the away form table is everywhere but the curiosity over the home table is that we have had some excellent wins the last 3 years:
last season home wins against Citeh, Utd, Arse, Chelski and a draw against Pool. This year wins against Pool and Utd and a daft loss to Chelski.
Season 2015-2016: Home: wins against Utd, Citeh and away against Citeh and a load of draws home and away against the rivals....of course the one big loss being Leicester.

Arse Mania after Alli put some manners on Alexis

I'm starting to like Alli.

Hate Dele Alli but that kick on Alexis was beautiful

Alli is a nice lad off the pitch. Very competitive on it, with a nasty streak. It's only a game.

I was hoping there would be more

And against us last season at Old Trafford.

Some short memories here. Sure he was poor last night, but last year at Old Trafford he made Wanyama and Dembele look like children. It was the only time all season that they were comprehensively out played, out muscled, and all round beaten up, and it was pretty much Pogba playing a lone hand. He was incredible that day.

I rate Pogba I do, but you must of watched a different game than I did. We were not outplayed at old trafford, we were Mourinhoed like we have been so many times. That game was Man utd trying to stop us playing, and doing it effectively, they got a lucky goal scored after an embarrassing Kane and Eriksen mix up. Man Utd were clever and defensive in that game and we were ineffective, but we were not outplayed. We had more possession and an equal amount of shots, but they played the same kind of game that worked effectively for West Ham the season before. It was the Liverpool game that we were truly outplayed in last season.

For what its worth, you make it appear that we were on some kind of great run going into that game. We weren't we 5th in the table at that time and hadn't won an away game in 4, we had recently been knocked out of the Champions League and had only won 2 out of 7 of the games before that game. Our season only actually seriously got going after that game. Losing against Man Utd, was not a shock, and I actually thought we were a bit unlucky to have lost that game, and only lost beause of Mourinho's negative tactics.

Agree with all of this - Pogba has certainly never bullied our midfield.

Nah I'm not saying the whole team was bullied or outplayed, but Wanyama and Dembele in particular were made to look decidedly second rate in that game by Pogba. They couldn't lay a glove on him, he just brushed them off.

United haven't outplayed us in a game since Pochettino's first game at old Trafford for spurs (3-0)

The last 3 away games at old Trafford have been borefests where they've nicked it by a goal, often out of nothing.

And Pogba, I'd pick Sissoko over him. At least I wouldn't have too watch endless hype on social media trying to make him out to be one of the best in the world.
He wasn't even the best in their team last night and they were fucking shite.
He is almost a parody of a footballer in modern society. Everything is a trademark and designed to get internet hits .
No doubt when he retires from playing he'll be moved over to united's social media team.

Pogba has had some storming games but he’s never done anything to justify the hype. He has the athleticism and technique to be great but at this point in time there’s just not enough between his ears.

However, he’s still 24, he has time on his side to develop and could be very good. Right now though he’s just raw materials.

Pogba is basically still the same player united sold. Great attack minded midfielder, who lacks the discipline to play in a central 2.

The extra time and space he was afforded at Juve eccentuated his talents and covered the cracks in his weaknesses - plus Juve's defence has been a bit more solid than united's in recent times, so he was somewhat less exposed for his defensive duties.

He's like a really good Taarabt. And you wouldnt play him in a CM2, would you?!
