Fuckin hell, I hope you haven't gone to a clinic in Switzerland to er, get away from it all?

Nah just Ibiza and just me and the wife,

though perhaps it's my fault we as a team are so unlucky, because the last 2 years have been hell and 2 holidays both hassle on flights out and last year hassle going back.

Perhaps Ghodd was right if you was evil in your previous life it might be the reason for being disabled

Sorry @nicdic for going off topic again

That WES trio (Wanyama, Eriksen, Sissoko) did look pretty tasty; imagine what an experienced Dembele could do in there if we are looking to frustrate the opponent early doors - not sure we'd lose the ball at all, in midfield. Good times ahead:snaphappy:

Tis true. Until we win something signficant there will always be that Roy Keane, Tottenham always let you down, doubt. Up to Poch and boys to erase it from existence with a special few years.
So so true. Actions talk not words.

From West Brom fans:

It'll be a big test, but under Pulis we have the ability to do quite well in these and are more than capable of getting 4 points from the upcoming run of games.

Agreed. We have a decent record against these overall (52 wins 34 draws and 55 losses)and an okay one since 2010...only 1 win mind but only 4 defeats with 7 draws.

under Pulis we have 1 defeat and 2 draws, so surely a win this time!

Should really have won this fixture last season but for Lloris. Repeat performance and we'll get all 3 points, big ask though

Tottingham footballers playing for England tonight obviously saving themselves for Saturday

Hopefully we'll have some inside knowledge from Chadli!

I honestly think we'll do a jekyll and hyde, play well here, and sh*te against liverpool. We'll want to keep our excellent displays up at home and give Spurs a headache (they are due a setback, right?) so i'd go an entertaining 2-2 draw and then 3-0 liverpool next week. If we are awful saturday then role reversed

From West Brom fans:

Reasonable enough comments but this one caught my eye on http://westbrom.com/forum/index.php?topic=19198.0:

We will win 3-2 because that's what I have a bet on

West Brom have only scored 8 goals in 7 league games. The last 5 of those games were against the bottom 3 and 2 other teams placed no higher than 13th. The only game in which West Brom have scored more than once so far is against West Ham, who have the worst defence in the league and are conceding 2.5 goals a game. We have only conceded 3 goals in 8 games, including games against 3 of the current top 5.

3-2 as a prediction?? Really???

These are the exact sort of stats that instantly make me worry, so guaranteed West Brom will win basically.

They might well win - our games against WBA are usually tight and there are more draws than any other result - but head-to-head results and form both point to a low scoring encounter. I'd be very surprised if there are 5 goals. Smart money is probably on a 1-1 draw (there have been 8 of those in our last 22 encounters, and 4 in our last 8).

They're a team that has a very good habit of frustrating us. In fact, Pulis in general is pretty good at making it difficult for us.

Big test to see if we can follow up the City result.

I remember we lost to Palace a week after tearing Chelsea apart 5-3. Not getting a win here would carry the same feeling of deflation.
