Which just provides more and more Golden opportunities for winding them up.
In the good old days of the 606 message boards on the BBC site, it was glorious to be able to invade the opposing teams message board after beating them.

Finishing outside top 4 will absolutely bolloxs klips plans for world domination and stop them pushing up prices for all our targets.

Goonies finishing outside will just be a bloody good laugh but ultimately may cause them to change Wenger for somebody up to the job they have cash and prestige enough to attract top signings with the right manager.

Plus it would be feckin hilarious if lolerpool fecked it up on the final day especially after all the rawk bullshit towards us.
I know which I would prefer.

Reading the Liverpool forum garbage makes me want arsenal to finish top four....
You'll get over it.

I actually believe that there has been a step change this time among other teams fans and our own.
This time last year there were a lot of Spurs fans saying that was our best chance and we won't have another one but I haven't seen that this year and other fans certainly don't think that anymore either, some of them say they do but they don't really.

very telling that they didn't mention Mahrez as a player who could get into our side.

Speaking to a few Leicester fans (I have some family in the area), he's not rated highly. His poor work rate is their biggest gripe (doesn't track back or press) but also there's fears he's been found out. Constantly cutting onto his right foot. Scored one against us last year but was blocked when he tried it last night.

That's what happens when you stop taking performance enhancing drugs. Wouldn't surprise me if he start to miss more than a weekend of football the next time he pull his hamstring either! :ninja::whistle::p

After the amount of times I've had gooner taking the piss about the Europa league, all I want is for them to have to play Mordor, FC deckchairs and Sporting Narnia next season in the far flung reaches of Europe.

I've always said I don't mind it tbf, it's a respectable competition but they've ridiculed it for years. Now hearing them say it's a good thing and it well respected is a beautiful thing. Pricks

I couldn't trust a man with two side partings.

fuck Liverpool. I remember when we beat the unbeaten city team and they had the cheek to go around saying thanks for beating city for them and helping their title ambitions.

now here we are in may :)

I hate Liverpool as much as any sane human, but can't believe Spurs fans wanting the scum to finish higher. As low as possible for them please.

Depends how you look at it. If it means arsene stays another term, Liverpool miss out on champs L, which will leave them out of the running in competition with spurs for players.... it's almost best of both worlds.

And that ladies and gentlemen sums up the two teams. When any professional football game (not a friendly) is "worth nothing" then what you end up with is a stuffing.

The days of this Spurs team playing in "worth nothing" games ended the day Mauricio Roberto Pochettino walked through the front door.

*cough. Newcastle. *cough.

I don't really care who their manager is tbh. Not trying to sound glib but basically if they get champs league football again, they're getting the success they want. Whether it's Tom Dick or Harry in charge, they've ended up in the top four.

There would be no grounds for suggesting that Wenger staying will prevent them repeating that success in future. FA Cup final and top four is hardly a disaster.

So basically, I want them to finish as low as possible always.

Not so sure that matters mate tbh.
Apparently we were in the running for both Mane and Wijnaldum last summer and they both went to Pool for the cash.

Ah true. I forget it's about the money aswell. They do have a large wage budget don't they.
