They are starting to go full Liverpool… never go full Liverpool.I did find it funny the Everton fans chanting "Premiership what's the score". They do have this weird conspiracy going on in their heads, even when the replay was shown on the screen and it was a clear foul they booed and chanted it again. I guess it's their coping mechanism for losing. It must be corruption.
Looked clear to me when saw replay in the ground but Dawson and Mike Dean on Sky apparently said was very soft and VAR should not have got involved.Grand old Team is basically 40 pages of people either saying they deserved better but should have taken their chances or moaning about corruption with pretty much nothing in between.
didn’t see a single person admit Gomes fouled Emerson (which I don’t think is even remotely contentious) and the few comments that even mention us say we aren’t great, didn’t see a single one that acknowledged how many we had out
I sit in the block next to the away fans, a few of them were mouthing “it’s a men’s game” when the replay was shown but at the end of the day he failed to get any of the ball, VAR was right to get involved but can’t believe Boly vs Saka for second yellows or Odegaard handball - zero consistencyGrand old Team is basically 40 pages of people either saying they deserved better but should have taken their chances or moaning about corruption with pretty much nothing in between.

In fairness, if you showed me right now Brighton's starting XI for Thursday I don't think I'd be able to immediately tell you more than 1 or 2 players they have missing, despite them apparantly having 8 players out long term.Grand old Team is basically 40 pages of people either saying they deserved better but should have taken their chances or moaning about corruption with pretty much nothing in between.

Nope DecemberMarsh …….
Nope December
There's definitely a December in 2024Only until it's 2024
Agreeing with Neil Lennon is the first clue he isn't right in the head. From Grand ol Team
“He tried to protect the ball by putting his body across Gomez. He wasn't strong enough and collapsed under pressure. If anything it was a foul on Gomes. Neil Lennon called it correct.”
They really are a different species in that part of the world.
Why? We've beaten Newcastle and Chelsea already this season, why so worried about Spurs?
Take a draw. But think we might get a stuffy win for some reason. We will beat city as well.
Gomes has good technique and great body strength, but his other limitation were already at the edge of being good enough for a prem footballer and that was before 'not that kind of player' Son tried to end his career.
Beat these, Everton!! And that bum Hojbjerg!
So last time we won 5 away top flight games in a row, one of the games was away at spurs 1-0 in 1970, supposedly
Employing a 4-5-1, mid block with some pressure when the ball is in their back half or in dispute and counter attack after being in a low block when pressured back. Nothing crazy and has worked a treat plenty of other times, sadly today the players haven't been up to the task.
I was seeing Spurs fans saying they can score 6 today like they did at Goodison, I had a chuckle to myself, but they really could.
We could be bloody winning this. Keep it going second half, because Ange won't shut up shop.
2-0 down with the amount of chances we've had is shocking. We've had no luck with the bounce of the ball or from the ref, who again has been dreadful. I hate how we defend corners too. Just inviting teams to play short is amateur stuff, and jammy bounce or not, we deserve to concede like that.
xG is a pointless stat.
Big six var decision, who'd have thought. Not enough contact other way it's another big six goal, sickening.
Royal on the ground nonstop
it’s sickening really is
The scoreline doesn’t reflect the performance, quite encouraging given the mid week disappointment.
Good performance. Draw a line under it and move on.
- Spurs just feels like a corporate circus
In form Richarlison is a scary sight.
High risk high reward stuff from Sp**s, you have to give credit to that approach. Ange is a brave coach, kudos.
Lol this is chaos bro, you win nothing with this type of ball. I’d even call it nonsense if I wanted to be disrespectful to Ange, but I appreciate his philosophy so I wont. Think of the managers who combined attacking excellence with control. The level that Ange is likely aspiring to with Sp**s. Liverpool 2019-20. You want to see attacking ball and killing the opponent both in squeezing them and countering them, look no further than Kloppo. [SA Gunner]
Superb match as expected, Sp**s were very lucky in the end. The snoozefest next
Honestly, this happens quite a lot. Sometimes it's his hand, other times his foot. Occasionally a shoulder. But usually yes, if it wasn't for the goalie's <insert part of body>, it would've been a goal.Post Match
- Had it not been for the goalies knee, it would've been a goal. Really lucky spurs
