Seems reasonable, if that lad quoted above thinks we are going to park the bus he can't be the full deck given the way both ourselves AND Pochettino's Southampton played against them last year. We could have done with a bit of parking the bus in our games against them last year tbh, instead the bus fucked off to the seaside with all of our players' brains in the boot.

I would Keegan it if we got Song. Why doesn't Arsenal want him back? He's far better than Flamini and just what they need (back). I suppose since he left they have acquired about half a dozen good creative players so he would play further back.

Thats true. He's exactly what they or more so Man U desperately need.

I can't see any scenario where we park the bus this weekend. With the confidence we have from the QPR game I can see us having a real go at them. They aren't the same team without Suarez and I see this being more like the games of 2 or 3 years where we were the dominant team.

This is also a Pochettino team. Attacking is always the focus.

From RAWK Match Thread

Johnson limped off in the closing stages of Monday’s game at the Etihad Stadium after clutching his thigh and is set to miss Sunday’s trip to Tottenham.

The Reds are also waiting on Martin Skrtel and Alberto Moreno, who picked up knocks against City.

Johnson’s absence would mean a recall for right-back Javier Manquillo at White Hart Lane after the young Spaniard didn’t feature on Monday.

Fellow full-back Jon Flanagan isn’t available as he has yet to return to full training following a knee injury. But Jose Enrique is now fit and could come into consideration for this weekend.

Adam Lallana has also trained after recovering from knee ligament damage and the £23million midfielder is in contention to be handed his debut.

If all of those don't make it that leaves them with Lovren, Enrique, Toure, Sakho, Manquillo and Coates. Whoever they'd pick would make a very get-at-able defence.

Why change a winning formula?

EDIT: well this was supposed to go in the 'team for Liverpool' thread...
