I find all Sky top 4 teams worst in their own way.
Manure fans are absolutely most arrogant. No contest. Winning is their god-given right.
Liverpool fans are most delusional. Always barking about the past history.
Chelsea fans are just plastic ever since the Abramovic take over. Money buys everything.
Arsenal fans are, of course, a little of everything, arrogant, delusional, and plastic.

Out of interest, if you HAD TO, which one of these would you say us spurs fans are most like?

Makes me laugh how other teams fans think H isn't the real deal, get over yourselves he's the bollocks & he's desire is to become a Club legend & he'll get there imo
Conversely I like the fact with WHU there are plenty of fans defending him and recognising what's happening with us as a side

I actually think they're the opposite, every time I have a read of redcafe, their fans make it sound like they're a shoe-in for top 3 and also deserve to buy players like Kane. Does my head in.
We talk about players like that all the time with regards to who we should buy, the whinging on here by our fans at times is really ironic as it is like holding a mirror to others delusional rants. I am happy that we are finally going in the right direction

I think our fans would be like that too, if we had Man United's success.

Arsenal fans in my experience are the worst because they can't actually have a proper conversation about football without them resorting to "Forever in our shadow" or "Spuds"/" Tiny Totts" etc..they always make excuses like injuries for example and can never give praise when its due, they seem to be pretty childish and petty as well.

Maybe it's because a lot of people I know are Arsenal fans but it can't be me who has had that experience with them.
I like that they have become a joke amongst other fans for a few years now.

People like Piers Morgan, that nobber Claude on ArsenalFan TV dressed in all the merch and crying like the world is ending because they drew, the twitter polls they vote en masse and even MOTD Goal of the Season voting, the annual Wenger in/out hokey cokey after a few wobbly results, and the OTT reaction to any signing/non-signing (Benzema, really?!). They have become the epitome of the modern Sky Sports News/Social Media era of fandom that most people hate.

Anyone see that guy in the half-half Sunderland-Arsenal shirt? urghh. Or that gimpy pirate fan they have? or the guys turning up to games in a Cech hat? or the fully grown adult fans in full kit AND a captain's armband? or the ones who leave early in 'protest' then stop on the stairs to take a selfie?

Saints web stuff from our game on sunday:

Poch is such a good Manager, has got Spurs playing really well.

Definitely look the most likely to capitalise on Chelsea failings to claim 4th...which is why he left us I guess.

Sign Toby and now have the best defence in the league.

Really well drilled off the ball, attack with purpose.

Lots of young, athletic players rather than Schweinsteiger type players past their best.

Took longer than he expected but coming together for them now. If they could add some real quality in attack to compliment Kane and Eriksen next summer then they would have a really class first XI.

Alli for £6m was a steal. Everyone knew he was one of the best young, English lads around, suprised only Spurs, Villa and Newcastle really went for him. Definition of a low risk, high potential buy.

Toby looks amazing.

One of those classic Poch games where Arsenal fans will say its their worst performance of the season, but its because Spurs aren't giving them any time on the ball.

We had loads of those under him.

Its almost embarrassing for Arsenal

Incredible performance by Spurs

Neville makes a great point that you would not normally hear.

Spurs have been all over Arsenal and wenger responds by taking off Cazorla and Campbell for Gibbs and flamini. Which many fans would scratch their heads at.

But it allows Arsenal to win the ball back higher up the pitch and take the game to Spurs

Certainly working

Nonsense . They were **** poor defending set pieces . Giroud had 3 simple headers he should have buried. VvD and Jose would have defended better than that , poor defending cost them the game . I wouldn't swap Rose for RB and Walkers no better than Cedric .

Listening to Talksport earlier (yeah I know) and Collymore (yeah I know) was talking to a London jurno about how Poch has trimmed his squad back to a core of about fifteen players and weather as the season goes on, considering the high energy levels poch's style of football involves, Spurs could keep up the current form once injuries, suspensions and fatigue kicks in. TBF Spurs are doing well and with Chelsea's issues they will never have a better chance of top four....though I'd rather see Leicester (or even WHU) nick 4th than spurs.

He's done the most two important things and made Levi )give him time, he didn't panic whenthey only finished 5th again last season, and 2)get rid of Baldini. from their perspective they now shouldn't repeat the waste of the Bale money, and some of those signings are now starting to find some form.

He needs to finish top 4 this season though. With Chelsea as weak as they have been, he will have missed the boat if they don't achieve CL.

100% agree. When a Goon in the pub said on Sunday "You are only doing so well because our midfield hasn't turned up", the guy behind the bar(Stoke fan) replied " He's right, I don't think the Spurs midfield have given them permission to get off the team coach yet".

So many opposing fans have said this after playing us this season:

Interesting.

Edit: I see it's already been spotted!

I'll have to say we are most like Arsenal. I guess that's why we are rivals. Fortunately, we are less arrogant (they think it's a given to finish in front of Spurs), less delusional (they think arsenal deserve a big title every year), and less plastic (especially since their new stadium, which is a corporate money machine rather than fan-friendly stadium) than their fans. Although, West Ham fans would not agree with that one.

You slightly contradict yourself here I'm afraid - how are they delusional expecting trophies if their stadium is a massive corporate money making machine? I can see their point where they expect trophies when there are so many paying through the nose.

We got Alli for £5m. Pretty reasonable on the whole, the guy third from last is clearly still bitter though.
Bitter or correct?? I would say he is correct. Our defending on crosses is very poor. Giroud had three free headers which on another day could have been three goals, also Gibbs goal was a result of poor defending. That aspect of our game has always been poor and needs to be addressed.

Because it is dwarfed by manure, Man city, and Chelsea's spending power. And Champions League? Barca, Real, Bayern etc

That's such a great comment from an Orc. Perhaps we don't give their race enough credit.

Yeah, all fans get brain washed into their own little conspiracies and beliefs. There are a few that are worse than others, however. I think certain fans are pretty deluded or irrational over others.

I'd actually say Man U fans are on the whole some of the most balanced fans out there. The way they actually can see how good Kane and we have been performing this season, when a lot of other fans just refuse to acknowledge it.

Also, they seem to have quite a decent handle on their place in the football food chain and I'm actually surprised by the LACK of a sense of entitlement on the Man U forums. It's funny, but they all seem to have kind of accepted that they aren't favourites for the title and their squad isn't comparable to City's really. They seem to be more bothered about getting the team to play more attacking football than winning the league.

Of course, they will have their fair share of idiots, but overall I do find the United fans quite grounded and knowledgeable compared to many others.
However, there is that side to Man U fans that think because they are Man U - that they should simply buy Harry Kane for next season because he's readily available and we'd just hand him over...

Yes that's true but I can understand why. There was a time during Fergies reign when ManU could pretty much have any player they wanted. All they needed to do was show interest and the player would jump at the chance. That's no longer the case but the mentality among some of their fans still lingers.
