Dunno what Sherwood's on about saying that Mourinho doesn't rate Parrott or Skipp and that's why they're not at the club (whilst failing to mention they're only out on loan).

I also don't entirely agree with Darren Lewis about Pochettino not being given the same backing as Mourinho (although I do agree that José could've leveraged the backing of the board to agree to sign for us).

Several ITKs on here have said Poch was very single-minded with the players he wanted to buy, so who's to say Pochettino would have even wanted any of the players Mourinho brought in? Lewis saying Pochettino, "called for it time and again" is retconning the truth. The papers all said Levy was frugal but with no quotes or evidence to back up anything they were printing.

I'd understand that if Jose spent £200m, but he's not had that much. Most of the investment was made when Poch was there, and even at that, Jose's spent because he had more modest ideas.

Not sure how many people here watch The Weekend Review on NBC. They were debating if Jose would be happy with 7 points from 9 against City, Chelsea and Arsenal. Are you kidding? What manager wouldn't be happy with that? Then they started debating "Are Spurs in a good position right now? Do you think the players are happy with how Jose is playing them?"

We could be 10 points on top with 6 to play and they would be fucking debating if players are happy! I love it. The media just refuses to believe Jose is turning us into a winning team. They are just waiting for a loss so they can pounce.
