I think he got his tactics spot on, said before the game I like the look of his line-up and formation. His team played well and that was one of the best performances I've seen from Benteke, away from home in a Villa shirt. Worked his nuts off and bullied our two CB's all game.

That 433 (or 4312), with Cleverley, Sanchez and Delph in the middle and Benteke, Grealish and Agbonlahore all working hard without the ball really maximised the players they have.

Did we ever find out who the 5 players were that Sherwood wanted Levy to sign?

I don't care much for this man, neither like nor hate him. I don't feel as bad as others do about on here, but what I will say is that I'm glad he knocked Liverpool out and well done to Villa for getting to a final.

I will be supporting Villa against Arsenal, of course, and I couldn't care less whether he uses that as a badge of honour to gloat against us. I just simply don't want Arsenal to win anything.

Throwback to when everyone was pissing themselves at him getting the Villa job and how he'd take them down looking like a disaster in the process.

G'wan Tim!

He just went and got Villa to Wembley after only two months, innit. Wenger needed eight month to do the same. Second to none that.
