From the OS:
Ticket Exchange will open for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once all tickets have sold. Once open, updates will be communicated via Club channels.

I think it's already open as a mate of mine bought his for Liverpool after that game sold out. Might just be that there are no tickets available?

There is no option at the moment for a ST holder to list their tickets on TE or share them for the Liverpool match, so TE & TS not yet open, they are available for Everton & Newcastle matches.
Club usually announce when TE opens for a match but best to check each day as I am sure I have noticed it open on occasions before any announcement made.

I thought you could always ticket share, didn’t realise you had to wait for ‘permission’

The whole ticketing system is a bit of a nonsense and appears to be totally haphazard, expect TS will appear for Liverpool sometime before the match. You would expect it to be available as soon as TE is opened but so far nothing.

Another example of the haphazard ticketing at Spurs is that the Sporting game for which sales only started this week has already gone to guest sale this morning.

Same thing here, I tried like every available ticket but all are locked in another basket… i logged a ticket via ask spurs and they will try to reply me within 5 days ?

Managed to get a pair for Liverpool. There seems to be two sets of seat maps. If the cached (?) one loads, it's wrong and all the seats are taken. If the correct one loads, you can buy the tickets. I kept trying until it changed, no idea how I managed it though.

Me too Rob. Yesterday and today I had the faulty one load constantly. Anyway somehow managed to have the correct one load and bagged a ticket on the halfway line. I use a Macbook and cleared my cache, when I reloaded it seemed ok.
