@HotspurRelated: Villas Boas has confirmed Danny Rose has had a set back and should be back in training later this week. #THFC

@HotspurRelated: Villas Boas (Rose): "He had minor setback on his quad hopefully he’ll be in training before the Sunderland game. Towards late this week.”

not sure where the info comes from, but just posted ....

Think this might belong in the where he is thread - this one is specifically for where he isn't. This thread is working from the other end of the rope that the where he is thread has a hold of, at some point we will meet in the middle, once we've eliminated almost everywhere else, and that must be where we will find him.

It's like some f*cked up anti-quest. We're the equivalent of Frodo wandering around dropping that ring into random buckets and toilets, until he happens to stumble across that big volcano after he's tried dumping it in virtually everything else on Middle Earth.

He's not in the film Gravity.

I can also confirm that he's not an extra in any of the episodes of Cheers. Admittedly it was filmed before he was born, but in my efforts for thoroughness I will leave no stone unturned.

I'm now off with my trusty magnifying glass to see if he's lurking somewhere in the Bayeux Tapestry.

Weird thing is...I actually know someone who was an extra on Cheers, as a kid in Coach's Little League baseball team - one of the earliest episodes! That kind of random coincidence can only mean one thing...Danny Rose is in your head, Spurger!

He's definately not sat outside poundland in Yeovil shouting abuse at people in a funny accent whilst eating a Greggs

Popped into the petrol station earlier and bought a Lucozade, can confirm he doesn't work behind the counter there (think Paulinho or his twin works there).

That prompted me to go check the Greggs in Epping.

Nope, just a steak bake and some donuts.

I know the episode well. The one where Coach becomes a bit of an ogre.

Danny Rose could well be in my head. There's more than enough room!

Ah, where abouts mate? I'm from Epping myself.

Also strangely enough from Chingford originally as well o_O.
I've come to the conclusion, Epping/North Weald/Ongar are the main staging areas for people evacuating London, at a very slow pace

I'm just at the end of the airfield runway, so i get the planes coming in a few feet above my tiles. Before that, born n bought up down near the dog stadium/Morrisons, moved up to the posh bit, just off Endlebury, about 8 years ago, hauled arse out to this briar patch around April time.

I go back to Chingford/Highams Park a lot - in fact i can also confirm Danny Rose was not at the GPs in Handsworth Avenue, nor was he loitering near the windsock next to the M11 on the way home either.

:D That's very true actually that amount of people I know that once lived in Chingford is ridiculous. Basically it's what's not too far and is convienent to get into London quickly.

You also get the misfortune of the market on your doorstep :cautious::D.

When i was a youngster, North Weald Market was immensely cool - loved going there. Now it's just a few dozen stalls, all selling the same crap. And it is crap.

Pie n Mash stall isn't bad though.

I'll hit the place Saturday, see if anywhere is selling Danny Rose.

He wasn't just in Argyll Street stopping people and asking them if they were alright, and did they have a minute to talk about some charity or such.

Although I don't rate Rose as the "be all end all" at LB for Spurs, being out REALLY throws the squad/11 out of balance... need him back or sign a good LB in the window 4 sure :greyalien:

So you found some of the West Ham starting 11 but no Mr Rose????? The search goes on :)

I think taht is the correct order.

btw...a quick glance outside my window in Ealing ... there is only a weird Polish bloke loading bleachy smelling bags into a blue transit van. None of the bags are Danny Rose shaped.
