1) Manchester United - The only thing stopping the red scum and blue scum from winning lots more trophies in the Sky 4 days. They did it playing great attacking football and grew organically into a global brand by building from their own success and not from an artificial cash injection by a bored gangster/sheikh looking to play a video game on cheat mode. For that alone, I have nothing bad to say about them and understood Teddy, Carrick & Berbatov leaving for Old Trafford given our situation at the time.
2) Leyton Orient - Proper family club.
3) Any other club with lots of ex-Spurs in them (ie. Hull, Sunderland, Swansea, etc)
...I always feel like I should want to like Everton, but their fans are utterly awful, probably even worse than Liverpool fans for their entitled screams of injustice every time a throw-in goes against them.
I like the weak opponents best
