Fulham and Bayern.

Because....I like Hodgson, and I don't like Mourinho.

i thought that teams from outside the top league cant get into europe?

Did'nt Millwall play in the uefa cup that year they lost the FA cup final? I'm not sure, but I think they did.

Millwall played Ferenncvaros of Hungary I believe. The Hungarian Hoolies had a field day I heard. Oh and I want Fulham and neither of the other two

Atletico Madrid because a) as someone already said here, it would ensure Liverpool will have to play Thurs-Sun-Thurs for several weeks with possible travels to places like Azerbaijan in Europa League first stages, not even counting FA Cup - and the extra burden should hamper their attempt to get back into top 4 next season;
b) I think Atletico Madrid as first Europa League will raise the profile of that competition better than Fulham FC - of whom hardly anyone heard before this year.
Plus, perhaps Atletico deserve their first biggish trophy after losing their best players in the last several years (Torres, Heitinga, Maxi Rodriguez) to wealthier English clubs.

Inter mainly because I don't think Bayern are really worthy of the place in the Final. Bayern got there only on away goals in QF and SF, where they were first blatantly helped to beat Fiorentina in Munich (losing and not making chances until Robben got a defender sent off for a nothing challenge outside the throw-in line, then equalising late and scoring the winning 2nd goal from at least 1 clear yard off-side, when even Bayern players expected the whistle to stop the play), then losing 3-2 in Florence where Viola were denied another 2 penalties after being denied 1 in Munich.
In SF away leg they only started playing after they yet again got the one man advantage.

Inter at least did beat the favourites in this season's CL, playing particularly well against Chelski home and away. They were also helped by refs against Barca, but they were actually on top in Milan and had to play 10 v 11 for an hour in Barcelona.

fulhan and bayern because of the crap mourinho pulled in the camp nou. barca were robbed by a referee and a 30 hr bus trip. Inter should have had to travel by bus for the return leg

I love Barca and the football they play. They are the best team I've watched play the game ever and i'm 44. But they didn't deserve to beat Inter, who are more than just a negative team. Inter completely outplayed Chelsea - the best team in England by a mile this year - and then played better than Barca at home and kept them to a goal away with ten men.

The ridiculous play acting by Busquets (I think) to get Motta sent off, actually made the game harder for his team as it meant Inter did nothing except dig in.
But you could hardly accuse Inter of doing that in the first leg or either leg against Chelsea.

Bayern have also impressed me this year. They play an attacking brand of football and thoroughly deserved to beat ManU.

I'm not really too fussed who wins either game, I just hope they are good games. If fulham winning knocks Liverpool out the UEFA cup then bonus.

By complete chance I'm going to be in Munich on the weekend of the Champions League final, booked it months ago without even considering that they could be playing in the final that night so I'll be backing Bayern in hope of there being one hell of a party afterwards.

Oh, and Fulham too.
