Guys calm it down. Everyone has their own opinions on this move, so there's no need for overly aggressive posts and swearing at eachother. If you can't accept other peoples opinions, then you probably shouldn't be on an internet forum.

serious shit going on out there..IMO.

how dare we question our club buying a player so unpopular amongst the team he led.
a player that apparently made toure detest him so much, they never spoke and he left.
a player who threatened his 'beloved' chelsea with an own goal to get his move.
a player who sat in the centre circle, whilst skipper,as the scum fucked up at brumlland.
this guy has proven attitude issues..

funny how so many on SC are coming to the defence of this wanker, like an obsession just to disagree..
seriously worried about who im really discussing with on this site, maybe kids or nerds who just want a row.

Not to mention having just seen Eduardo practically have his leg snapped off.

Getting emotional over an injured team-mate, and his team letting an important lead slip. What an arsehole.

So why did Wenger strip him of the armband?

There's got to be a pretty fucking big reason for disrupting the team so much to take the armband off a 30 year old and give it to someone 9 years their junior.

Agree, agree.

How dare we harbour the same opinion of Gallas that we did 2 months ago when he was at Arsenal? How fucking dare we indeed.

If you dont like what people have to say, or think SC is full of kids or nerds then i have an idea for you - find a new forum :hello:

Reall what kind of grown up could complain because he played for Arsenal or Chelsea?
The real problem with him is that he's French.

That's the reason why he's a ****, but i think Harry can sort him out, and the fact that he took a pay-cut suggests to me he won't be such a big ****.

Good signing, i've always been for it.

A perverse part of me hopes that Harry does leave Spurs in the near future (a mantra that you no doubt weep into your wank flannel every night) and we sink back down the league to midtable mediocrity under a new manager of your choosing (Ramos would be a great choice, no?). The anguish of seeing Spurs on the slide might actually in some twisted way be worth it to prove you as the can't-see-a-good-thing-when-you've-got-it moron that you are.

The last sentence in the post of yours I've quoted is so unbelievably dismissive of a feat that no other manager has achieved at Spurs for nigh on 50 years that I simply can't believe you've written it. What does a Spurs manager have to do to earn a bit of fucking leeway with you? Other than be Spanish and never ever raise the remotest doubt about Giovani dos Santos being on a par with Mother Theresa?

As usual, instead of actually dealing with the points in my post, you just resort to making general abusive remarks, which are not even quite right.
As much as I don't buy the propaganda that Harry can do no wrong and as much as I question certain traits/decisions on his part, I have repeatedly said that it would be counter-productive for THFC not to give him at least two years for the sake of stability. I also gave Harry credit for getting more out of English/British players than they were willing to give the previous manager, and for things like finally biting his pride when he replaced Crouch with Pav at the end of last season.

But deal with the points in ILS' and my post about the players he actually signed and spent a lot of money on - and then perhaps consider if there may be something behind Levy's reluctance to splash on more of the similar deals in spite of Harry's wishes?

Not disputing that at all. I was just referring to this particular incident that people keep mentioning. Some of his actions have definitely been prickish, but I don't think that occasion was one of them. Childish, but not prickish.

I for one back Harry Redknapp, considering where he's taken the club in a short period of time.

Whilst Gallas isn't my favourite player there's no questioning his qualities as a defender and if he can help shore up our defence and bring a winning mentality then I'm happy.

The players are unhappy eh? Well then, let's call the whole thing off. Heaven forfend we should try and strengthen the squad. Instead, we'll play the players we have who will promptly fuck off without a second thought when manure/chelski/whoever come in for them with a much improved offer.

That's what this whole thing is about after all. Making sure millionaire 20 somethings get everything their own way, all the time, to the detriment of everyone else, many thousands of whom actually give a shit about THFC.

And that was exactly what happened with Ramos. The British players who did not like his methods decided to make sure his position would become untenable - and got their way. Never mind that the club and supporters suffered.

 oh really? So what is this then?

Seeing as this is a fans forum, it is about my personal opinion you utter tool. Who are u calling pathetic? That's your opinion, and you know what you can do with it. If I choose to dislike someone that's my choice, and that's what SC is all about - opinions. Might not be to your liking but to call someone pathetic, makes you a total loser.

And wtf do i care about Torries etc etc? Just shows what a loser you are, get a life. :hello:

Do you really? So you obviously weren't around in those days or you had your head up your arse.

Graham Roberts was nasty to his opponents. He was not disliked by his own squad, as is reported with Gallas. He never threatened to score an own goal to get a move. He never sat in the centre circle crying when we didnt win. He was a great servant to this club, and to compare him to a tool like Gallas, shows what a an idiot you are. And that's me being polite. Stronger words come to mind, but you're not worth it.
