Is definitely him arriving at Heathrow - any chance at all that Heathrow would be his airport of choice if he was going to Lolerpool? Or can we hopefully consider this nearly done :)

Sorry to piss on everyones chips but unless Wenger has totally lost the plot I imagine the Arse are also after Lamela as well. With the players agent supposedley in London then I would have thought it won't just be Baldini he's meeting.

Hopefully though Wenger has lost the plot and has decided to pursue Cabaye.

All speculation of course but with the stories that are coming out today its hard not to get involved.

Yeah because Wenger is totally on the ball with transfers these days... Mate he *should* have gone for 75% of the players we've signed in the last 3/4 seasons. And its a ball-winner they need anyway. Why they didnt go for Capoue is another matter entirely! He would've been ideal.

If we get Lamela and Willian, we will probably get a lot of cash back from the sales of Townsend, Falque and Siggy. It is all pie in the sky at the moment, but this summer you just never know.

Willian and Lamela in and it's sale of Bale where we recoup our money and Siggy is close to XI given those changes (Lamela and Willian in, Bale out). Falque is of no consequences, litte money to be earned there. Townsend may be sold or loaned out in that scenario.

Willian and lamela close to signing according to rumours etc, and coincidently rumours circulating spurs accept 93m plus coentrao, if true good business from spurs

I thought Willian was already in London the past few days anyway and not specifically flown in today?

This is my fear as well. BUT: RW is Wallcocks spot, so if the Scum do actually make a marquee signing this window they would be more likely to buy a player in a different position than RW.

Unreal business, would be more than content with potential incomings. What a squad we might have here.

I disagree. There is plenty of money to be earned from both Falque and Townsend.

Well all positive. If Willian then I'm super jazzed. If Lamela then I'm super jazzed as well. If both, then I'm going to go watch old NHL tapes of the Quebec Nordiques in the 1980's to remind me that nobody gets to feel that good.

From RAWK:

I just hope this is the equivalent of our 2011 window:

Willian = Carroll - over priced thats really only worth 15mil and extra price tag really puts pressure on him to fail
Soldado = Downing - bought for one purpose only, stats look good, selling club were strict with buyers so full price paid.
Chadli = Adam - Did some good things last year again good stats bought for one purpose only
Paulinho = Henderson - Up and coming star probably overpriced because on nationality
Capoue = Enrique - Decent year last year, can do couple of jobs well but stepping into top 4 team requires more from the player.
