Look at it this way, it will make us all the more happy when he does sign. It's no fun if there isn't a chase.

Remember the 'Soldado fails medical' rumour? Just meant I ejaculated an extra 3 foot when I saw a photo of him with his Spurs shirt on.

I love how when it's good news, even from unreliable sources, everyone puts reason aside and salivates, but when when the same unreliable sources start saying things we don't want to hear, suddenly they can't be trusted. Contrary to popular belief SSN doesn't simply make things up. Their information may not always be on the money, but there will be a reason for them to say Willian's considering his options, even if its just his agent trying to pressure us to give him £5,000 a week more.

Never have I been more relieved that he speaks no English...;)

Kia is a shady character but not doubt it's nothing a few more wads of cash can't solve. I'm sure Levy will be doing everything to appease AVB and the team on the departure of Bale so.

I would be worried because Levy doesn't take shit after an agreement has been reached and that Kia guy is a slimy bastard who will try and screw us for every single penny he can get.

i unequivocally disagree.

you understand passing on made up information is pretty much the same as making it up yourself?

you know that generally, journalists should have sources and proof of what they are reporting before saying things. They dont give a shit about the truth - they dont investigate these claims.

But, as some have suggested, it's just as likely that we will announce this afternoon. A player doesn't have a medical unless the deal's basically in the bag. Hopefully it will be one or two minor details.

Yeah but Willian is clearly a huge and important target for AVB. With the assurances he undoubtedly gave Andre over Bale at the start of the season, can Levy afford to not give him what he wants over what I'd imagine being easily met demands.

What else do you expect from someone like Kia? With the deal being so important to us he's obviously going to get us to fork out another million or so, because he knows we really can't afford to make a dogs dinner of the deal if Bale is off.

While they might not actually make things up - they do report "news" that is completely fabricated, as proved this Summer on this very forum.
