Like watching a Conte side today. PEH, Royal, Davies, Dier are not quick enough or technically good enough to play this way. Too passive, don't move the ball quick enough, just stumbling into challenges. If Ange thinks he can play this way with those players he's a moron.

I was so disappointed he started Biss, PEH and Sarr. Far too negative. I can appreciate the lack of options in defence but Im not sure what he was expecting to create with that midfield.

We're completely fucked against Villa and City. Ange might be lauded for his determination to play his way but if you objectively don't have the personnel to do it (with 11 men on the pitch) it's only a matter of time until you concede. I expect the centre backs will be the same until Cuti returns (Ange obviously doesn't think Phillips is ready) and we'll ship goals galore in just those 2 matches.

Got to regroup and be better in possession and more decisive in attack. In whole wolves deserved it

We didn't just lose it in midfield. Our centre backs are just not good enough to play in this style.

Ange needs to have a look at himself and think about adapting to the players available to him. Its great that he has a style or philosophy but expecting Dier, Davies and Holjberg who are all technically limited to be on the front foot and positive is naive. Premier league is different to the SPL.

Frustrating thing for me is we did a Conte today with only 3 attackers on the pitch. Nobody from behind was going to pick out a pass from central. I asked earlier who the playmaker was because nobody was leading the attack.

Shame really, I thought we would win this. I thought Dier was good today, but I just don't think Davies is good enough. Can't believe he got man of the match.

dier was shit... he wasn't close to good man... passive defending. The old guard are gutless... they only play when they have nothing to lose.

I honestly thought Dier, Davies and Hojgberg were decent today. Certainly did a lot better than I expected. What lost us the game was the lack of creativity. Barely created a chance all match

We can’t use Dier anymore. It’s a bigger risk playing him than the likes of Phillips and Dorrington. I’d rather Emerson played ahead of him. Utter clown.

I hope Ange don't play him anymore. I was still having an ounce of sympathy for him. Today he showed the quality he is all along yet he still can sulk for not playing before that. Incredible
