Not sure what a ref can do in these circumstances. If 20 people are arguing and shouting. Needs to be sorted with sanctions post game to help prevent it kicking off on matches.

I'll state it again that I have seen three games of him, but he has been highly rated in Italy and from what I have seen he is basically Kante V2. He is mobile, technically pretty solid, and just reads the game and angles so well.

Unless the ref is an American and then we say he's weak and lost control.
It's a bit different when they're fighting each other and not going directly at the ref. Geiger should've showed much more authority when the Colombians were screaming in his face for a good three minutes.
