There was 30 seconds of real excitement in that match. The advert for GTAV at half time.

Didn't watch. What happened?

At least that's the last we'll see of the geriatric. Well, after this set of qualifiers anyway.
Just that fact that he's in the squad and gets a game. No other manager would have him any where near the team.

Hodgson was a truly appalling appointment but I wouldn't expect anything less from the dinosaurs/cowards at the FA.

Giles agrees with you. Did you just hear Brady say that its time Trap went? Never thought I'd hear him say that.

walker 5.5

the .5 is for attacking intent. the 5 is generous spurs bias for his defending.

Ya, I was surprised too. If we won tonight I bet he'd be backing him to stay for another campaign. Dunphy is great at winding him up.

You can tell the pundits are dying to say that England are shit these days but have to keep up the pretense that there are positive signs.

I'd love to here what Keane has to say off air.

Similar to what we hear Dunphy say about Trapattoni on air!

I'd take Spursking over who we have in charge!

Speaking of Spurs King, I'm all for England just choosing the 11 most exciting, attacking players, and going hell for leather

At least it would be entertaining. It's not like we're going to win anything anyway, so what the hell!

Great result - puts us in an excellent position to go to Rio, scrape through a weak group and fly home after the first of the knock-out matches. Go England.

At least we're not Northern Ireland. Lost to Luxembourg, their first home World Cup qualifying win since 1972. They have still won more Eurovision Song Contests than World Cup qualifiers.

I'm Northern Irish but was born in London and lived in North London until I was 10 - hence my support for Tottenham.

I'll always watch NI and England but in the end I'm not that passionate about either. I only have love for Spurs, that's it.

And to be perfectly honest, watching either bores me fucking shitless (so I'm starting to less and less)....except the difference being at least you expect Northern Ireland to be shit - looking at the size of the population for a start. England on the other hand....for what they should be, ain't a whole lot more exciting to be honest.

James fucking Milner. I've said it before and i'll say it again. The very fact that this brain dead average jobsworth of a footballer plays for England tells you all you need to know about the state of english football.
