Maybe it's not a fair time to post this when we are on our best league form for decades but imagine we had ultimate power to pull in any managerial name on the planet.

World cup winners, champion league winners, perennial league winners, or miracle workers like Simeone.

I want to know what opinions are on this.

For me, I think it's fair to say that poch and his team has exceeded expectations, not only in league performance, but in bringing through young talent.

Not only this but the character of the man and the care he instills into the players and the club are humbling.

He is young has a lot to learn, so I'm keen to keep him over any other candidate to see what becomes of this project.

Sorry if it seems like a leading question. I considered a poll but don't know enough about over seas managers and their performances

Klopp and Simeone are probably the only two who have accomplished more with similar resources, but both are a little older. So Im happy with Poch. And Simeone's style isnt very pleasing to the eye, IMO.

and I add that its more difficult to get results in the prem. 9 of the 20 most expensive squads are in the prem, 2 in Gemany and 3 in Spain.

Maybe Steve McClaren, but that would be about it.

Even then it's a tough decision.

Pretty much everyone will be supporting Poch here and rightly so :D

But post this again when we're on a run of 4 or 5 games without a win and remember the Spurs Chat motto......Todays hero is tomorrow's ****.

Even if we go on a losing streak I think he's perfect for this club, so no. Want him to be our Ferguson, and think he's got what it takes!

There's many people I'd swap Poch for.

Emma Watson, Emma Stone or Anna Kendrick for a start.

I think he has shown he not only has the smarts as a manager but he looks and acts like an old school gentleman who has a pretty well thought out set of principals and values that he does not waiver from. Now that lads, is a rare gem of a package in this day and age.

I don't think there are too many managers out there who meet these overall requirements.
