I've heard good things, I'm aware of his dribbling ability (which I love) but never seen him play.

Is he a confidence player like Lennon in the past?

He's so young still I'm sure he is to a certain extent but perhaps consistency comes with confidence which comes from experience.
He really does play beyond his years sometimes but there have been times when he's a bit average - as expected!

We should get Wilfred Zaha and not miss about he will be as good if not better than Victor Moses who took a similar route and to that he is very skillful.

Watched the Stoke match. He looked pretty damn good. Within the first 5 minutes he had a beautiful take in the box, held off his defender and played a through ball to the winger. Good hold up play and I think as he gets older/stronger his best position might go from RW to CF.

Haven't seen alot of him but I've got some family who are palace season ticket holders. They reckon he's a touch overrated and would definitely take close to 8 million. They prefer the other lad bolassi(sp). they could be a bad judge of a player though.

The kid has obviously got talent and if he is allowed to continue his development without pressure and stress then he'l almost certainly become a decent prem-level player. However, I don't see much point in trying to buy him for the short term. We have Holtby coming soon and would love to see Belhanda. We should just look at this as one of those long-terms signings that have propelled us from a mid-table side to regular CL place challengers. So we should make them an offer they can't refuse:

£5m 'up front'
Up to £5m in appearances
5.5 year contract
They can keep him for 18 months (as long as they get promoted)

So our gamble is only £5m plus (relatively low) wages but his development should continue smoothly within the setup he's had for years.

I hope I don't read that he goes elsewhere to a club that loans him back for 6 months but pays 5<>10m cash up front as we could have trumped them

The Moose from Talksport. I know the Moose is an idiot and this is also backed up by A******d so likely to be false but bit of a slow news day thus far

@BroadcastMoose
Now for the old Wilfred Zaha situation - I've heard this afternoon he'll move this Jan to another London club and no it isn't West Ham Utd

I wasn't told which London club, but like all of you could make an educated guess, with Arsenal reportedly not in running, I'm guessing Spurs

Honestly can't believe we'll sign this guy rather than the more talented and proven Belhanda.

Different positions. Belhanda can play on the wing but he's better playing centrally and driving through the middle of the field causing havoc with his dribbling, strength and finishing from outside the box.

However, I completely agree. Belhanda's ready to contribute and he's only 2 years older. He's an absolute force and could give us some big flexibility and depth through midfield. Stated it previously, but I would prefer Belhanda to Moutinho given his ability to pick out beautiful passes, drive with the ball at his feet and provide assists + goals.

Zaha has a big ceiling, but it's always going to be a risk. If you give me 10m and say it's my choice between Zaha and Belhanda, I take Belhanda every damn time without a second thought.

Same age, same amount of money but who would you prefer?

Zaha or Eriksen?
