How do Tromso even play football it must be dark for half the year up there. Plus, it's also further away than Moldova? aghhh

It's dark for half the year and midnight sun for the rest of the year.

Don't care who we are up against as long as matchday 2 is at home

Artificial turf and northern light. ;) As a norwegian I look forward to these games with fearful joy. Tromsø is not a good side, even to a norwegian standard, but they will be tough at home, well organised and with the advantage of an artificial turf. And if we lose, the norwegian press will make the most of it.

As an away fan I sure as fuck wouldn't want to go to Dagestan!!

They'll probably play in Moscow...if they even have any players left to field a team. Those are some tough travel locations for away support. Should be a walk in the park to get through, though.

She is gonna fuck them all?

Ho!

She lives in Oslo, pop in on your way back ;-)

No but seriously the women are as amazing as the booze is expensive. Shame it works out about 6 hours with the various flight connections, otherwise I would like to go,

a trip to Tromso to take in the Northern Lights :)

Went there last winter for a week. Saw the northern lights and spent the rest of the time dog-sledding and ski-mobiling. Nice art gallery too. Had a really good time. Getting there wasn't too bad either. It shouldn't really tire anyone out. One tip; if you go dog-sledding be the driver, not the person sitting down, unless you like the taste of dog shit .

Was in Tromso in June, running the Midnight Marathon (broad daylight at 1am!). Lively little town Friday and Saturday night - not sure about mid-week.
Be prepared to pay £10 for a pint of 'Muck' (the local beer brewed in the town) and £200 for a double room - a small price to pay to say you've seen Spurs play 200mls within the Arctic Circle.

We have light in Norway you know ;)

If we meet Tromsø lat e this year or early next year it might be alot of snow on the pitch lol.

Last time Chelsea had a visit ;)

What the english press missed that time, was that Tromsø was in complete control, 2-0 up - and THEN it started to snow.

I'm quite looking forward to the prospect of an away trip to Tromso - I've got the 28th and 29th November off work, so fingers crossed that's when we'll be playing up there.

When are the match dates confirmed?

Unless there's a couple of big surprises in the CL, I don't think any of the CL rejects will trouble us too much either. We're 10/1 favourites to win the thing, and given how we know AVB takes it seriously plus the ridiculously strong looking squad we've got now...
