Normally- I would agree with you but many journos seem to think that Levy doesn't want FDB anymore- if it was just 1 guy saying it- I'd ignore it.
That's just typical Journalism though. They know no more than we do half the time. Today Levy doesn't want FDB tomorrow he is on the verge of becoming our manager, wait a few days and repeat.

I honestly think Levy will interview FDB, Poch and 1 or 2 others before making a decision and I don't think he will even arrange the interviews until after Sherwood is gone (but may call clubs/agents to asses availability and interset in the meantime).

The fact that FDB keeps mentioning spurs as an exciting prospect suggests to me things are going to move ahead fast in the next few weeks. I think he's our man but we are just waiting for the right time to speak to him. I can't see De boer turning us down after all this, be patient guys :)

He also beat a AC Milan team that just won the title that season in 2010, the same season we beat them. That team had Pirlo, Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Seedorf and Ronaldinho.

Forgot about that. It should also be noted this was FDB's first game in charge.

Apologies if already shared but:-

Paul Smith‏@Smudge1962 1h
Tottenham will not pursue their interest in Ajax's Frank de Boer paving the way for Mauricio Pochettino to become their new boss #THFC

Former chief football correspondent at two papers.

Not looking good for FDB. Although could just be us cooling down publically ahead of Sherwood's settlement...
He also claims LVG & FDB have said they won't work with Baldini. How would he know that? It's all BS IMO. I don't think Levy knows he he will employ yet, so no Journo will.

He isn't at all. What did he say?

He just tweeted earlier that "talks were still ongoing" regarding De Boer, I was just wondering because he tweets a lot and I haven't ever checked if he was right on his claims.

He can fuck off- I came home from a holiday Christmas Day after limited internet access- saw this and went mad- as it turns out, he's just a clueless retarded piece of shit.

I heard that on a Liverpool forum when you right his name stars appear instead- like the C word on this website.

That's his secret. He tweets a lot, so much you forget what he said 3 days ago and then when he is right (as he has covered every option in the month leading up to it) people take him as always on the money.

I would ignore what any journo says at the moment. Levy won't even start interviewing candidates until TS has gone.

I have no doubts it was van Gaal initially but now my guess is that Levy has 3 targets. He'll interview them all after Sherwood is gone and then make his decision. Pretty clear to me either Benitez, Pochettino or De Boer will be the new Tottenham Hotspur manager.

For some reason we have been selected to be on sky sports this Sunday. Why us???? It's a meaningless game, unless something might be announced and sky have been given the heads-up. FDB in the crowd? :)

Just to highlight the changes he has had to cope with this is the difference in team. Only 3 players in the same line up
ajax_lineups_season_vs_season.gif

Alderweireld, Eriksen and Boerrigter left with Bojan coming in and last season Sigthorsson, Boilesen, Denswil, Veltman, Klaassen, Cillessen and Serero were all bit part/youth players last season
