Just got a feeling Gards is bang on this one tbh. When was the last time both gards and jj sang the same tune and got it wrong?

Never. As I have said before, I have been involved in the seedy world of ITK long enough to know JJ and Gards are the most reliable around.

I think he'll be our manager by this time next week.

You could be right, but JJ didn't think AVB would be the manager shortly before he signed. Not sure what Gards said at the time.

I kinda want Poch, not because he's any good but because I'm a shit human being who thrives on schadenfreude of the fans of other Premier League clubs.
I'd feel a bit sad for Ajax, it's just like what Real keep doing to us.

So who do we think will be first out the door? Verts? Lloris?

Not having a pop at Pochettino, but it just seems plausible that some players would look at this appointment, be unimpressed, and push to leave before he even holds a training session.

JJ has got a serious amount of things right. Even before he went public on here, he was feeding me snippets frequently - which all turned out on the money.

Not disputing JJ's ITK overall. I'm well aware he is one of (if not the most) reliable out there. Just pointing out that the last time I remember him getting something wrong, it was the last managerial situation.

Truth is, I don't think we can discount either yet.

The players aren't stupid. They'll know that the Saints have played good football this season and I'm sure they'll give him a chance.

If a bid is made for one of them, then you could be right but I'm sure they wont want to leave just because he has been appointed.

Yes mate.

Although its a line being fed to the press, its a direct one from the horses mouth as of today

That was what Tom Collomosse put in his article today, said FDB or advisors had had no contact since last month (?) Couple of people said 'what does he know' but he's definitely a mouthpiece for club stuff at times.

I suspect, that as the Goat said, they did indeed meet FDB earlier in the week but they've decided on Poch.
Sounds to me like Levy's putting his mis-info out to prepare.

And as for Gards? He's got it ALL WRONG: it's 'en route' not 'on route' :)
