Here's the problem, it's going to be the Mourinho at Man United situation. Those players, by the end, mostly hated playing for him. If Poch is sacked/leaves, it's going to be the same situation here. It may be better for a few weeks/months, but it's all just a facade. We won't be bringing in anyone of note most likely for the rest of the season.

I firmly believe if this result holds, Pochettino is gone. My issue is that I am not fully convinced this is him. It's a squad that, as we all know, lacked investment until this past summer. We've got injuries to those recruits, players who, despite their social media posts (Toby), it's obvious they don't want to be here.

I said it in the Pochettino thread, but maybe the best move is to ostracize those guys, bring in Foyth, Sanchez, etc. before we sack the man who took us to new heights. It may not pay off immediately, but I'd want to be damned sure this isn't a player issue before we sack our best manager in recent memory.

Right now I'd take the 0-2 - I can see us shipping at least another goal, and yet I see no way back to even nick a draw in this one and I haven't said or felt like this for many years.

The players literally look like they couldn’t give a fuck.

An utter embarrassment to our football club and they should be ashamed of their professionalism.

Once again Kane can't get the ball and just have a dart.

I'm sorry but those series of ankle injuries have fucked his mobility. Think Fowler.

Just savor the touch line handshake at the end of the hand because it’ll be the last Poch ever does for spurs.

To play devils advocate, imagine playing for a manager who you run through heart, pressing more than any other team in the league and running through walls for and then all of sudden the manager playing games at the end of the last season and saying this is as good as it gets for this team, which resulted in basically finishing second and runners up.

You start question why you are running your body in to the ground for this guy.

Also you could never call our players overpaid just by market value they have been at a club where their rivals would pay them up to double for their services
Imagine building something for 5 years then turning round and saying nah we need to start again, should have been a red flag then.

5-6 years is actually quite a long tenure in modern football. Not sure why we’d be any different.

I think Poch’s days are definitely numbered at this club. I hope he stops going on bragging about taking us to the CL finals last season. I’ve had enough of that talk.

Regardless of Hugo's injury, i'm tired of his errors now. We need to be exploring goalkeeping options.

Two goolkeeper howlers and most players not playing to their best is causing us another embarrassment today. I hope to see a better second half, but very worrying to watch our team crumble.
