I’ll be honest I’ve never heard of this guy but if he is a CDM I don’t see it as priority.

I’d say we need a striker, at least 1 RB, a CB and maybe even a LB first. Dier could always deputise at CDM if needs be

Sounds like he has the Dembele retention and defensive stability. If he is trusted to do that he would be inspired signing. Does seem that he has more in his locker to work on, but he has years to achieve that.

In the other thread he was the person I wanted to sign (because we couldn't afford Boubacary Soumare from Lille). I really rate him...strong, quick, very good tackler. A bona fide DM but also with decent passing ability...would work really well in a double pivot and could allow Lo Celso to play further forward

He's got a bit of it all. Driving forward with the ball, maybe a few misplaced passes, but sometimes as a result of looking to play quick balls out to wings/final third.

Gets stuck into his tackles. Strong,tall, athletic type.

I honestly believe he'll go on to be a top player, here's hoping it's in a Spurs shirt.

The point is that some people get a bit worried by wholesale changes - I wouldn't be - we've tried the other scenario of sticking with the same bunch and got nowhere. Didn't José bring in about 10 players in his first year at Chelsea and they won the title?

None of those players barring Skriniar would cost North of £30m. We’ve been repeatedly told the positions he wants players for and that comes to 6-7 more additions.

You're basically adding up what a number of different ITKs have said. No ITK has said we will be signing 8 players and that's incredibly unrealistic - Mourinho said we'd only be looking at 2-3 positions and whilst it will probably end up being a bit higher than that, it's not going to go from 2 positions to 7.
